By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:-

1. Recognize 15 fruits correctly.
2. Recognize and say the name of fruits correctly through
OBJECTIVE matching game.
3. Match 6 pcitures and 6 phrases given in a tasksheet
correctly.

1. Teacher asks pupils to check their surroundings and throw
the rubbish into the dustbin.
2. Teacher shows fruits on powerpint slides and asks pupils
what can they see from the slides.
3. Teacher distributes randomly a set of pictures to each group
of pupils.
4. Teacher pastes a picture card on board and ask pupils to
describe it. Then the teacher pastes a phrase card.
Example : Durian phrase card thorny.
ACTIVITIES 5. Teacher plays the matching game with pupils. Teacher
pastes a phrase on board and each group will have to find
the suitable fruit card to match with the phrase.
6. The process is being repeated until all cards have being
used.
7. Pupils are being picked to read the names of the fruit and
the matching phrase.
8. Pupils are being distributed each a tasksheet.
9. Pupils have to complete thetasksheet given.
10. Teacher discusses answer with the pupils.
