Rules are implement 11ht of August which is as follows:

1- Office timing from 11am to 8pm

2- You will be considered late after 11:30 AM, fine will be charged.
3- Lunch break timings 2pm to 2:45pm.
4- Dont use abusive language or foul language in office.
5- Dont shout loud in office. Keeping silence is good.
6- Dont use social sites in office during work.
7- Task will be given through emails (web portal) so keep checking it after short interval of time.
8- You have to complete all the tasks of the day which will sent to you via email.
9- Developer of the month will be given to one developer according to his/her performance with
handsome bonus.
10- Team lead of the month will be given to one leader according to his/her team leading performance with
handsome benefits.
11- Dont put tea cup on table after taking tea, kindly wash it and place it back.
12- Dont misbehave with each other, RESPECT EACH OTHER.
13- Your heads will monitor your performance and submit the reports for performance evaluation.
14- If anything will get break from office property it will get deduct from your salary (So use things like you use
yours)
15- E-MAIL YOUR COMPLETED TASKS OF THE DAY TO YOUR RESPECTIVE HEADS.
16- No project will be send further without the approval your team heads.
17- No project will be send to Management department without the approval from MR. Tallal.
18- No leave will be accepted without informing to HR department.
19- Bonus will be granted to you from this month on following criteria:
i. Complete task in given time period.
ii. No of project completed per month.
iii. No of life time projects.
iv. Punctuality.
v. No revision of task after mailing.
vi. Performance sheet of the month.
