Module 5: Integrity Action Guide

Welcome to your Module 5 Action Guide!

Now that you have an Intention, a Masterpiece through which to live that
Intention, and the manifesting tools of Gratitude and Balance, you need to
anticipate that the only thing that truly has the potential to sabotage your ability to
reach your dreams… is YOU.

This Module provides you with an opportunity to observe your mind in action -
and when you do, you quickly become aware of the lack of control you have over
your thoughts and emotions. These thoughts and emotions are like computer
programs that run non-stop, coded and produced from years of conditioning and
habit. This is what I call the ego mind.

The beautiful thing here, is that once you are aware of this constant
bombardment of thought and feeling – and see that it is NOT you, you now have
a certain freedom – a level of detachment that allows you to act and create
according to your word instead of in reaction to those thoughts and emotions.
Isn’t that a relief! Instead of ups and downs, self-criticizing and demeaning
thought, judgement and confusion – you now just create from the power of your
word, from the promise of that which you have committed to.

I use real-life stories in the Module Teaching to convey the power of Integrity, and
I extend this into our Integration Video. The video of the sunken Island conveys
the importance of holding yourself accountable to a date and time for every
promise of action where possible – by doing this you will be able to measure the
degree to which you are in integrity to you word, or whether you are indeed being
sabotaged by your thinking and feeling. If this is the case – just acknowledge this,
do not judge – and try again. Maybe set a smaller goal or be more specific in your
action plan. The better you define each step in the creation process, the easier it
will be to follow as a non-negotiable action. This will create new neural pathways
and eventually manifest a new, awesome authentic you!

Module 5: Integrity Action Guide

Wisdom in Action: Complete the following

What is your Breakthrough for this Module?

List one area in your life where, if you were to execute at 80%+ in integrity
to your word every day in commitment to your goals, you would see a
significant difference in your results

Now I would like to tell you a little more about ‘Ending a Postponement’ and
a ‘Breakthrough Promise’:
1. Ending a Postponement:
This is designed for you to take back your energy and power by ending a
postponement or anywhere you have been procrastinating. Anything
incomplete takes energy and space in your consciousness and only once it is
complete does it disappear.
Eg: Completing my tax
Eg: Fixing the garage door
Eg: Calling my mother or walking the dog
Eg: Paying parking fine

Now write down something you have been putting off for a while and
commit to a date and time to when you will become complete with this talk:

2. Breakthrough Promise:
Identify an area where you are stuck or experiencing a sense of inertia or barrier
that stops you from moving forward. Become aware of what it is in who you are
being that is perpetuating the inertia – It is the being that fuels the doing. Now
create a breakthrough promise that defines a way of being that will fuel you past
your inertia or mind barrier.
Examples:

• Procrastination – breakthrough promise: being in action.

• Weight loss – breakthrough promise: being disciplined
• Angry person – breakthrough in channelling anger energy into
constructive purposes
• Victim - breakthrough in being in creation

Practical Application: Create Magic in Your Life

1. Write down in our journal two things that you commit to doing each
day, one physical and one mental. Examples of physical
commitments include going for a walk or gym, abstaining from
eating a certain food, becoming aware of unconscious body
movements etc. A mental commitment could be reading 10 pages of
a book a day, creating affirmations, meditation, creating action plans
etc. Now practice achieving 80% or more in being in integrity to your
word in completing these commitments daily. Keep a daily/weekly
score so that you can map your growth over time.

2. Commit to consciously performing one act of kindness each day.
