The company has a strict formal dress code six days a week (i.e. Monday Saturday) and casuals
are not allowed on any day. Daily the interns are supposed to report to their respective
mentors. On completion of the task assigned for the day the interns are supposed to notify
their mentors and then they can leave for the day.

Internship status
our training was started from 3rd june 2017. 1st day was introduced in which they gave
information about company profile and what work is performed by our company. Company has
5 profile .1 income tax 2. Portfolio 3. Mutual fund 4. SIP 5.customer engagement .

In company I am working in frontend post, first seven days we had suppose to work on
research. We have to know what indian people think about investment. There mindset or
thinking regarding investment. In this project we had given an income slab 0-5,5-15,15-30,30-
50,50more. In this research programme we went to each and every location in pune and did
face to face conversation with pune people and got an idea about there mindset about
investment.

We prepared a questioner to know about mindset of Indian people and gave the questioner
form to fill and collect it main location was pune camp, fc road, Baner, shivaji nager, RTO, SB
road. We did the research for 7 days after come from research we had meeting in imdr and
then collect data from these after discussion.

We had a great experienced in it

Then in MIT(SOB) COLLEGE we gave PPT presentation on this research and also we gave our
finding or we told our finding what we did in this research.

After 7 days our training session was started under this training we got training for -:

1. Income Tax
2. Mutual fund
3. SIP
4. Portfolio
This training session was for 4-5 days during this internship we attend 4 seminar, this
seminar were for Bitcoin, mutual fund, GST and indian financial market. This seminar
was also by money plant consultancy CEO Mr. Rishabh parakh.
 Then after we were selected for frontend and I got ZENSAR company, location khradi pune.

In ZENSAR my work is-:

1. Give information to people about TAX.

2. Information about mutual fund
3. Information about SIP
4. Give then financial advise
Where to invest there money how to get deduction in income tax what is the benefits of
SIP, mutual fund and other investment .how to earn more profit and tax planning.

There we met with lots of people and we gave them detail information about mutual
fund , SIP and tax planning. Also ask them to invest in mutual fund ,SIP we gave lots of
knowledge to them so they can understood properly and they can invest in SIP and
mutual fund through money plant consultancy.

4. MY LEARNINGS FROM MY WORK-

i. Like the story of Menka, we just dont have to impress our customers and go, instead we have to
maintain our trust with them.
ii. Different types of investments like traditional( bonds, stock, EPR) and alternative( hedge funds,
private equity, collectible items)
iii. About financial portfolio, CAGR( compounded annual growth rate)
iv. Types of equity and debt funds, arbitarch, consumer price index(CPI)
v. 5 sources of income
vi. Various transactions like- lump sum purchase, SIP, STP and switch( partial and complete), SWP
vii. Slab rates of incomes, double taxation
viii. Deductions like 80c 80D 80 G and all (80C-80U)
ix. Difference between TDS and deductions that TDS is done by company and deductions are by IT
department.
x. Filing ITR forms
xi. Mostly people are investing in fixed deposits and less in mutual funds. They dont have proper
knowledge on how many types of mutual funds are there in which they can invest
xii. Women are reluctant to invest in all these and they prefer investing in gold mostly.
