I completed the S1 at the Faculty of Medicine, Sultan Agung islamic university in Semarang. In

organizations that being a doctor was not enough just having knowledge of medicine, but qualified
doctors were doctors who serve with their all soul to the public. The role of the doctor was not just
treating sick patients, but more than that a doctor should be able to create a paradigm shift in public
health

In the process, the doctor acting as an agent of change who have the competence and serve as care
providers, decision maker, communicator, community leader, and manager, known as the Five Star
Doctor. Doctors in their work should be able to apply triad physician role that is as an agent of
treatment, agent of change and an agent of development. An obligation for me as a doctor in a
remote health clinic to improve public health in the area where I work

Professionalism for physicians include competence, ethics, altruism, collegiality and accountability.

My hope, after completing my studies, I could start pioneering in the field of genetic counseling
services in hospitals that can later become a research center in the field of genetics, include
cytogenetic and molecular laboratory facilities, to raise the name of the hospital. I will share my
knowledge to colleagues to enrich the information and knowledge in the field of genetics.

my contribution to the advancement of medical science, I will continue to learn and share the
science that I have, give my commitment intellectually and morally to play an active role in the field
of medicine that is able to produce shoots physician distinctively "agent of change. I believe that by
