MISSION STATEMENT
The goal of Greed Incorporated.'s Pot of Greed is to educate the general populace of the
nation as to why the value of greed is not a favorable attribute to contract. In today's world, the
general avarice of much of the population of the United States and other developed nations has
developed to an extremely distasteful level. Many of us are in complete ignorance of the severe
disciplinary actions that will occur to us should we decide to progress down this pathway.
Through our thrilling and enticing attractions, we hope to alter that reality. We here at Greed
Incorporated aim to save to people of this world from unending suffering, one horrific
experience at a time. Throughout our attractions, you will have the ability to see and experience

values about wealth. Many people believe that money will lead to happiness. If we could have
some positive moral impact on their thoughts the world would be a much less stressful and
happier place. To successfully show the people of the world how much greed and the want for

deliberately showcases the values that we believe to be true at this park. One example of the

rides we have are the exhilarating roller coasters. Our coasters can be enjoyed by almost anyone,
and convey certain values of the park, through the name or design. Another example that can be
seen is that of our theatres. Our theatres display many shows throughout the day, an example of a
show being the story of King Midas and his greed. Hopefully, your experience at Pot of Greed
will be able to change your thoughts on greed in a fun and interesting way. Through these
entertaining shows, ride, etc we hope we will have changed some of your moral beliefs on greed.
Our marketing has many useful reasons ranging from increasing our profit to learning
how to outshine our competitors. Throughout the following sections, you will delve into the
depths our park, finding many informative texts, such as SWOT analyses, and financial data.
You will also find information on other parks that we perceive to be threats to our success, such
as Disney, and the Circle of Lust. With friendly visuals, one can easily comprehend the statistics

Through billboards, newspapers, and things of the sort, we hope to increase brand popularity,

us advertise to the relevant people at the relevant places. Throughout our advertising campaigns,
we hope to increase awareness of our brand, and hopefully jumpstart our parks financial growth.
In conclusion, this marketing plan is a detailed and intrusive document that will outlines
many of the features of our park. Just like a clock, this plan has many complicated parts that
work together to create a reliable document that can be referred to in the future.

Objectives
Here at Pot of Greed we have many objectives to help increase the enjoyment of
customers as well as increase our economical advantages. One of our main focuses is to show
how greed can negatively affect ones life and to give many examples of this happening. To
successfully achieve this objective we have many attractions catered to this life lesson. An

example one could look at is the many shows and plays which demonstrate how greed can
change someones life. One of the most popular and well-known shows we have is the story of
King Midas. King Midas is played almost daily at times posted around the park and can either be
played in Moulders Arena or the inside theater located in the museum. It is the story of a greek
mythological character who turns everything he touches into gold. We have many other
interactive and entertaining shows throughout the day all year long.
Along with teaching others about the life lesson of greed we also wanted to inform
customers about who is located here and what their is punishment. To inform the customers
about the punishments we have a museum and theater. Within the museum we have
documentation of people located within this circle and what their sins were. Along with the
documentation we have the story of Dante as he travels through all of hell. We focus mainly on
canto VII, which contains information on circle four. Even though Dante can not see whos souls
are in this circle of hell due to their punishments we will show many modern day people who
would be here. Not to mention the people during Dantes time who would be here also. As well
as the souls who are here in the museum we would also have documentation of the punishments
and why. We can show the customers the punishments in either Moulders arena or in the area
outside of Pot of Greed. To explain the concept of contrapasso to our consumers would be
important to explain why they have these punishments and how god punishes sinners.
Not to mention a common goal of all theme parks are to make profit while entertaining
all of your customers. To entertain them and keep them returning we have many high-quality
restaurants and rides. All of these rides and restaurants are related to the fourth circle of hell to
keep the authenticity of the park. We have rides which appeal to the thrill-seekers of the world
and rides to appeal to young children. Along with these rides two of our most famous restaurants

have people constantly eating in them. We have a traditional italian restaurant and a barbeque
restaurant where the food is always being served at the highest of possible quality.
In conclusion we have many objectives, hopes, and predictions for how Pot of Greed will
succeed. We have many attractions that appeal to many different types of tourists from famous
restaurants to haunted houses. Along with attracting customers want to make our customers
happy and return often to our park. With retuning and happy customers you are more likely to
get newer people along with the original. But, we have many other objective not related to
making money which is ironic because we are the circle of greed. We want to show how greed
can negatively affect ones life and their surroundings. The world would be a much better place
if the human race was not as greedy but still had the passion to work for something in life.
Marketing Strategy
Our goal at Pot of Greed is to attract all ages of visitors from young to old, however we
do note that this is extremely rare in any attraction. We believe our target market should be the
high school to college age level. We feel as if this age would be the most attracted to all of the
rides and location of our attraction. We built the rides for young adrenaline junkies wanting to
feel independent and experience thrill-seeking rides. This would attract mostly high schoolers to
college aged people. Not to mention but our park also has a large horror/dark tourism status.
Most horror and dark tourists are this age going out with a bunch of friends.

But, we also have many things which cater to other ages throughout all of the park.
While teenagers and young adults might not want to go into a museum or watch shows this could
attract adults and young children. We hope to attract all ages to our park so we can make the
most profit and have the best customer feedback. Our main target market is at the age of
independence. We hope we can attract the young adults independence and have them spend time
with friends at Pot of Greed. In conclusion we want to attract all ages and types of people but our
main focus will be the young adult to college age level. We realize attracting all ages to a
attractions is extremely difficult but we have many attractions which appeal to all ages. If we
could attract all ages that would give us feedback on how to make the park better and bring in

on a highway. This would attract people to going to our website or finding a way to contact us.

In conclusion, Pot of Greed will likely take roughly one year to complete. Completion
price will be around 100 million dollars, however this cost is reduced, as we already have a
location present, this will end us up at only a fraction of the cost of other big parks such as

Disney. Profit can be made easily should the park receive at least of Disneys visitors. Thanks
to the variety of the rides and attractions one can find here, this park has a capacity of 15,000
visitors. This park is much more profitable than many other large parks, mainly due to the fact
that we dont pay taxes, as our park is technically not in any nation. This lets us see revenues of
around million dollars day. In just a few years, building costs and operation costs will be paid
off via our profits, and so Pot of Greed can then become fully operational and we can then
