Upon the research of the studies related with the proposal, the researchers have come up to put these
facilities include one complex to provide convenience to the local farmers within the city of Cabanatuan.
The proposal rice waste products processing center which is composed of different facilities such as
milling, dehulling and drying facilities will cater farmers from different cooperatives will be considered to
enhance the skills and potentials of local farmers, introducing the new innovations in cultivation and
utilization of waste products of rice.

The proposed rice waste products processing complex aims t provide an economical and architectural
solutions to the problems faced in our environment. The utilization of such water can minimize the total
amount of the collected agricultural wastes and it can be a good archetype of a structure that introduces
sustainability to the people who dont have such knowledge about the maximization of capabilities of
the waste products of rice.

Various researches from different countries have been conducted to support the idea of integrating the
waste products from rice ad utilizing them to create new ingenious products. Through thorough studies,
researchers have found out that these rice hulls can be a good building material. Because of the high
silica content, it can be mixed with concrete. Rice straw can be converted into fibers and then be a
material used for clothing and furniture making and hand paper as well, while rice bran which is the
layer removed during contraction of white rice can be utilized as a beauty products or herbal oil. All
these innovations will be introduced in the proposed processing complex.
