SUB CONTRACTOR SCOPE

The water accumulated due to rainfall can only be removed with the help of
dewatering vehicles (suction tankers), therefore the sub-Contractor shall retain
available vehicles to be used at the discretion of the Velosi Engineer to attend
Flooding Complaints that will be part of the Rapid Response Team. In accordance
with historical data obtained during previous Rainy Seasons, the required
minimum number of Suction Tankers to be provided by the sub-contractor is up
to 30 tankers.
Suction Tankers
The Contractor shall mobilize the suction tankers according to the notice of the
Velosi Engineer by phone or by mail. The Velosi Engineer shall coordinate with
the sub-Contractors Emergency Coordinator on duty, preferably by phone, to
mobilize the Suction Tankers according to the locations indicated by the Velosi
Engineer .The vehicles requested by the Engineer shall be made available at any
given location, 24hours per day, 7 days per week for the duration of the Rainy
Season Event, in a maximum period of 1 hour, upon receiving notice of dispatch
from the Engineer. Under no circumstances the sub-Contractor shall exceed this
Service Level Agreement and therefore the Contractor shall take all the necessary
provisional measures to respond to the Velosi Engineer instructions as agreed,
including the possibility of placing the crews on stand-by upon receiving Alert
Level.

Mechanical Equipment
The usage of Mechanical Equipment such as pumps is highly required during the
Rainy Season, to expedite the recovery and cleaning works at locations with large
volume of rain water accumulated, therefore the sub-Contractor shall retain the
items listed by Velosi to be used at the discretion of the Engineer to attend
Flooding Complaints, that will be part of the Rapid Response Team. The above
mentioned equipment are to be made available at all times during the Rainy
Season in order to respond to the Emergency. These Mechanical Equipment can
be owned by the sub-Contractor.Within the proposal, the Contractor shall provide
evidences of ownership. The rates provided by the sub -Contractor for the Pumps
should include all the costs with (but not limited to) Transportation, Mobilization,
Demobilization, Setup, Fuel and Service, Staff Attendance, Operation,
Replacement in case of Breakdown.
