Fountain Construction Company Inc. has been awarded a contract to construct a
(Translational Research Center) at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. This
project is part ofa larger common plan of development. referred to as the Master Plan which has
coverage under Large Construction General Permit Number MSRIOI976. This project will
disturb approximately 3 acres.

depicts the proposed construction activities, the original and proposed contours, a north arrow,
drainage pattern arrows, location of sensitive areas and adjacent receiving water bodies, location
of any storm drain inlets, all erosion and sediment controls, any post-construction control
measures, and the location of housekeeping practices. We plan to commence construction on
(August 2015).
