An ambassador is the foreign diplomatic representative of a nation who is author


ized to handle
political negotiations between his or her country and the country where the
ambassador has been assigned.

A consul is the commercial agent of a nation, who is empowered only to engage


in business transactions, and not political matters in the country where the
consul is stationed.

Judicial notice is a rule in the law of evidence that allows a fact to be


introduced into evidence if the truth of the fact is so notorious or well known,. or
so authoritatively attested that it cannot reasonably be doubted.

Quo warranto latin for what warrant, legal proceeding during which an
