The first phase will only apply for two cities in the Netherlands for all the elementary schools, since it
will take longer period to make a zero revenue to break even if consider the whole country. It is only to
prove a concept that is working so also could be applicable to other municipalities, thus the risk will be
the smaller.

20 x 1000 = 20.000 profit

Maintenance = 5000E

In the second phase we will expand our market. We will continue the trend in investment in primary
schools and to take into consideration open public events.

2000 x 4000 = 8.000.000

Maintenance = 1.000.000

2 persons technicians = 6.000

Break even analysis

How much units should be sold with a price that should cover all fixed expenses. This analysis is used to
find our goals for selling this units.

Break Even Point = ( Sum of all fixed expenses ) / (Price of a unit - variable expenses of the unit )

For 1st year : BEP = 329.000 / (4000 3000) = 329 units
