This is a conversation between Sara and the insect investigator, Shazwan.

Sara : Hello, are you the insect investigator?

Shazwan : Yes, how may I help you?

Sara : Please, help me! There are so many scary insects in my house.

Shazwan : Can you describe them?

Sara : Yes. The first one, it has two set of transparent wings and big eyes. It has a
long body and can fly. The second insect has four wings and six legs. It is
black and yellow. It makes a buzzing sound. I am very scared! The third one
looks like a butterfly but a little bit smaller, it flies all over the place!

Shazwan : Wow, there are lots of flying insects in your house. Is there any other insects
miss?

Sara : Yes there are some more. There are lots of small insects and make noisy
sound, I cannot sleep last night! The fifth insect looks like a worm; it is quite
hairy and has lots of dots on its body.

Shazwan : Is that all miss? Stay calm, we are identifying those insects.

Sara : Aaaahhhh, wait ! Theres another one, it looks like a stick, I almost step on it
What shall I do? Please help me.

Shazwan : Stay calm, were on our way!
