DEED OF CONFIRMATION OF

CONJUGAL OWNERSHIP AND WAIVER, TRANSFER

AND RENUNCIATION OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, OSCAR C. BANIH, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a

resident of Sitio Tayab, Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, FELOMINA D.
BANIH, also of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a resident of Sitio
Tayab, Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya; CYNTHIA D. BANIH, of legal
age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Sitio Tayab, Runruno, Quezon,
Nueva Vizcaya, JONATHAN D. BANIH, minor, single, Filipino citizen and
a resident of Sitio Tayab, Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, RACQUEL D.
BANIH, minor, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Sitio Tayab,
Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya; and JONAS D. BANIH, minor, Filipino
citizen and a resident of Sitio Tayab, Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, do
hereby

-DECLARE AND MAKE MANIFEST-

That we, OSCAR C. BANIH and FELOMINA D. BANIH, are the

conjugal owners of an unregistered parcel of agricultural land, situated at
Sitio Tayab, Runruno, Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, with an area of Five
thousand three hundred sixty (5,360) square meters, more or less;

That the aforesaid parcel of land has been declared for taxation
purposes as shown by its tax declaration under my name (OSCAR C.
BANIH) issued by the Office of the Municipal Assessor of Quezon, Nueva
Vizcaya;

That I (FELOMINA D. BANIH) have always been paying the real

property tax of said parcel of land at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer of
Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya as evidenced by its official real property tax
receipts;

That for and consideration of the foregoing premises, I, OSCAR C.

BANIH, do hereby affirm and confirm that one-half (1/2) portion of the
above-described parcel of land is the conjugal share of my wife, FELOMINA
D. BANIH, considering the real property was acquired during the existence
of our marriage;

That for and in consideration of my love and affection towards my

children, namely: CYNTHIA D. BANIH, JONATHAN D. BANIH,
RACQUEL D. BANIH, and JONAS D. BANIH, I, OSCAR C. BANIH, by
these presents, do hereby WAIVE, TRANSFER, CEDE and CONVEY, all my
rights, interest, and participation over the one-half portion of the
abovementioned parcel of land, which is my lawful share thereof, unto said
CYNTHIA D. BANIH, JONATHAN D. BANIH, RACQUEL D. BANIH, and
JONAS D. BANIH, their heirs and assigns, free from all liens and
encumbrances.
 That I, CYNTHIA D. BANIH, for and in my behalf, and I, FELOMINA
D. BANIH, in representation of my minor children, JONATHAN D. BANIH,
RACQUEL D. BANIH, and JONAS D. BANIH, who shall become the actual
and beneficial owner thereof by virtue of this deed, do hereby accept the
generosity of my husband OSCAR C. BANIH.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands on this

instrument this 6th day of July 2013 at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
