At the end of the course, the students should be able to:-

2. Prepare for instrument and test equipment set up & handling activities.
3. Set up instrument & test equipment.
4. Perform recording & tagging of instrument & test equipment.
5. Report instrument & test equipment set up and handling activities.

COURSE DESCRIPTION (COMPETENCY UNIT DESCRIPTOR)

Instrument and test equipment set up & handling consists of activities pertaining to instrument and test equipment set up and operating
procedures according to manufacturers manual and specification. The personnel who are competent in instrument and test equipment set up &
handling shall be able to identify instrument and test equipment functionality, interpret set up & handling instruction manual, set up instrument &
test equipment, check validity of instrument & test equipment and obtain superior approval.
