Abstract
The Strawberry production in Mexico has an important place, but the farmers don't
have the tools to protect their farmings for the most dangerous fungi: Sphaerotheca
macularis and Botrytis cinerea , only with the technology, exactly the artificial vision
we can supervise where the human eye fail and protect efficiently the farming.

Justification

Acording to the newspaper El economista until 2013, Mexico had a real

backwardness technology. According to the research investigation from INFOTEC
Mexico increase the food importation from 5% to 6% in twelve years.

Challenges
Mexico has an agriculture technological backwardness compare to other countries in
the world.
Even when other institutions in Mexico have a bachelor program o master degree
program in mechanic agriculture or Agratechnology the impact in the farming sector
hasnt been enough increase productivity to make the farmers competitive.

Theoretical framework
The Strawberry is an important fruit in Mexico. The strawberry production presents [4]
several problems. The most important are related to two differeten fungi:
Sphaerotheca macularis and Botrytis cinerea. Therefore we use an Artificial [4]
Neuronal Network known as the Kmeans to evaluate the quality of the fruti and
determinate what strawberry is ill and which not in a continuous supervision.

Objectives
Principal objective: Developing a system
based on the Artificial Neuronal Network
(ANN) for continuous monitoring using a web
cam Open CV and python software in order to
determinate if a farming strawberries have
fungi or not and bacterias.
Specific objectives:
1. Determining the best ANN to measure the
colors in a picture.
2. Training an ANN to determinate the color
intensity of strawberries in the farming field.
3. Create a database which correlate color
