Background
Pt. Pandurasa Kharisma has set ambitious goals for itself of trebling its current Revenue and profitability in a
span of 3 years. This requires a massive building of capabilities and capacity to Plan, Execute, Monitor and
support its strategy. This transformation will require creation of new sales channels like digital, improving
monetization of existing channels and rationalizing of business processes across the board. Not only will this
be a massive technology transformation exercise, it will also require a cultural change.

We believe that only rapid and massive technology deployment across the business can help achieve this
rapid transformation. Blue Ocean Systems believes that we can help Pt Pandurasa succeed by being the
single point technology partners in this journey.

We propose an end-to-end engagement with a full outsourced technology program with the below goals.

Engagement Deliverables

Create an IT Strategy aligned to business goals within 3 to 4 months, consisting of

o Enterprise Application Strategy, IoT and Analytics strategy and Digital transformation Strategy
Create IT infrastructure that is Secure, flexible and scalable while being cost effective
Deploy an extended ERP solution covering Financials, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Distribution in 4
months.
Deploy mobile apps for sales and purchase
Create the customer journey maps for 5 major brands
Create the E-Commerce website for online sales
