records of residents from Health Information Department when needed. Disassembles patient charts after

Central Supply Tech: Inventory each floor and replenish any missing product, receive requisitions, fill
order and deliver supplies to departments, maintain storeroom area in a neat and orderly manner, clean
shelving according to Infection Control Policy.
X-Ray Clerk: Answer telephone, schedule patients, maintain radiology films and sent films to other
medical office as requested, and maintain medical records and insurance information.
