Abstract

Purpose

Whilespiritualandmentalenergiesareknowntoman,theirimpacthasneverbeen
scientificallymeasurableinthematerialworldandtheyremainoutsidethedomainof
science.ThepresentexperimentonStaphylococcusepidermis[ATCC13518],
validatetheeffectsofsuchenergytransmittedthroughaperson,Mr.Mahendrakumar
Trivedi,whichhasproducedanimpactmeasurableinscientificallyrigorousmanner.

Methods

Staphylococcusepidermisstrainsinrevivedandlyophilizedstateweresubjectedto
spiritualenergytransmittedthroughthoughtinterventionand/orphysicaltouchofMr.
Triveditothesealedtubescontainingstrain,theprocesstakingabout3minutesand
wereanalyzedwithin10daysafterincubation.Alltestswereperformedwiththehelp
ofautomationontheMicroscanWalkawaySysteminMicrobiologyLaboratory
accreditedbyTheCollegeofAmericanPathologists.

Results

TheresultsindicatedthatMr.Trivedisenergyhaschanged7of27biochemical
characteristicsofStaphylococcusepidermisalongwithsignificantchangesin
susceptibilitypatternin8of29antibiotics.TheBiotypenumberhaschangedfromthe
originalcontrolstraingivingriseto2differentbiotypesintreatedsampleswhilethe
externalenergy/treatmentgivenwasthesameforalltreatedsamplessuggestiveof
randompolymorphismasanalyzedthroughtheautomatedmachine.

Conclusions

Theseresultscannotbeexplainedbycurrenttheoriesofscience,andindicateapotency
inMr.Trivedisenergy,providingamodelforsciencetobeabletoinvestigatethe
impactofspiritualenergyinarigorousmanner.

Inlyophilizedstate,biochemicalandenzymaticcharacteristicscouldbealtered.

Introduction
Alllivingorganismscontainlargecomplexmoleculeswithinthecells.Someofthese
areproteinsandenzymesincludingDNA/RNA.Thenatureoftheorganismsis
dependentonthebiochemicalreactions,whichcanbecharacterizedandidentified.

Antibioticresistance,regardlessofantibioticandbacteria,willoccurwithsufficient
timeanddruguse.Widespreadantibioticusecausesselectionpressure:resistantstrains
survivewhilesusceptibleonesareeliminated.Antibioticresistanceisprogressive,
increasingfromlowtointermediatetohighlevels[1].Bacterialstrainsarealso
characterizedbytheirrelativeresistancestoarangeofantibiotics.However,sucha
changedoesnottakeplacespontaneouslyinastrainovera10dayperiodofnormal
incubationwithoutcontinuousexposuretoanydrugs.

InthispaperwereporttheimpactofspiritualenergyonStaphylococcusepidermis,in
revivedandlyophilizedstate,withrespecttoitsantibioticsusceptibilitypatternalong
withbiochemicalpropertiesanalyzedwithinaperiodof10days.Thesaidenergywas
transmittedthroughthoughtinterventionofanindividual,Mr.MahendrakumarTrivedi
whohasbeeninteractingwithalargenumberofpeopleasahealeroverthelastdecade.
Asresponsesbyhumanscanbeaccountedforbytheplaceboeffect,theseexperiments
onlowerorganismsweredesignedinordertodirectlytesttheimpactthroughscientific
studiestoruleouttheplaceboeffect.

Itiswidelyacceptedthatlyophilizationisthemethodmostcommonlyusedtostoreand
transportmicrobialculturesaschangeinthebiochemicalandenzymaticcharacteristics
ofanorganismcannotbecarriedoutinthisstate.

MaterialandMethods
TwostrainsofStaphylococcusepidermis[ATCC13518]wereprocuredfrom
MicroBioLogicsinsealedpacksbearingthesameATCCnumberandstoredaccording
totherecommendedstorageprotocolsuntilneededforexperiments.Thestudywas
groupedasperthefollowing.

GroupI:

OneofthetwosealedpacketswashandedovertoHindujaMicrobiologyLabandwas
revivedbythemintwoseparatetubes,ofwhichonewasthecontrol.Thecontroltube
wasanalyzedforidentification,antibioticsusceptibilityandbiochemicalreactionsas
perthestandardprotocolsofsampleprocessinginthemicrobiologylab.

Thesecondtube,(ATCCA)havingviablebacterialculture,washandedoverto
Mr.Trivedifortreatment,aftersealingbyparafilm.Itwasassessedonthe5thand10th
daysaftertreatment.

Mr.Trivediheldthistubeinhishandunderambientconditionsforbetween0.5to3

minuteswhiletreatingitthroughhisthoughtinterventionprocessbycommunicating
andinstructingtheexperimentalobjectwithinthetubeinordertoundergothechange.
Thetubewasreturnedtothelabinthesealedconditionitself.

GroupII:

ThesecondsealedpacketofStaphylococcusepidermis[ATCC13518](ATCCB)
wastreatedbyMr.Trivedidirectlyinthesealedlyophilizedstate,usingthesame
treatmentprocessasabove.Thesealedtubeswerebrokenandthestrainswererevived
andanalyzedonthe10thdayforidentification,susceptibilitytestingandbiochemical
reactions.AlltestswereperformedwiththehelpofautomationontheMicroscan
WalkawaySystem(DadeBehringSiemens)usingPBPC20panels.Antimicrobial
susceptibilitywasdeterminedusingtheMinimumInhibitoryConcentration(MIC)
methodasperthelatestCLSIguidelines.

MicroScan

Afterinoculationandrehydrationwithastandardizedsuspensionoforganismand
incubationat350cfor16hrs,theminimuminhibitoryconcentration(MIC)orthe
qualitativesusceptibility(susceptible,intermediateorresistant)wasdeterminedby
observingthelowestantimicrobialconcentrationshowinginhibitionofgrowth.The
resultsofsusceptibilitytestingwereexpressedinmillimetersofgrowthinhibitionwith
disktestingandinmcg/mlinMICtesting.

Qualitycontrol:

Theacceptabilityoftheidentificationmediaandantimicrobialagentswaschecked
priortothestudybyATCCcontrolorganisms,SAureusATCC29213,&EColiATCC
25922.

Amoxycillin/kclavulanicacid,Ampicillin/Sulbactam,Ampicillin,
Azithromycin,Cafazolin,Cefepime,Cefotaxime,Ceftriaxone,

Erythromycin,Gatifloxacin,Gentamicin,Imipenem,Levofloxacin,Linezolid,
Moxifloxacin,Nitrofurantoin,Norfloxacin,Ofloxacin,Oxacillin,Penicillin,Rifampin,
Synercid,Tetracycline,Trimethoprim/SulfaandVancomycin.

Results:
Inthispaper,onlythechanges/variationsinantibioticsusceptibilityandbiochemical
reactionsthatwereobservedbeforethetreatment(control)andafterthetreatment
(treated)havebeenreportedinatabularformattachedherewith.

Theresultsoftheantibioticsusceptibilitytests,identificationtestsandbiochemical
testscanbeseeninTable1.

DetailsofMICvalueshavebeenpresentedinTable2.

AntibioticSusceptibility:

Fromtables1&2,itcanbeseenthatchangeshaveoccurredinboththerevivedandthe
lyophilizedformsaftertreatment.

GroupI:

Fortwooftheeightantibioticsshownhere,ChloramphenicolandGentamicin,theMIC
valuesinthecontrolstrainhavedecreasedinthetreatedsamplebythe5thday,
changingthesusceptibilityfromresistantinthecontrolsampletoasensitivestrain.
Andthesamesamplefurtheragainbecameresistantbythe10thdayattainingincrease
inMICvalues.

GroupII:

InGroupIIsamplestoo,althoughtreateddirectlyinthelyophilizedform,achange
maybenotedinthesusceptibilitytoAzithromycin,whoseMICvaluesdecreasedafter
treatmentfrom>4inthecontrolto<=2inthetreatedsample,changingthe
susceptibilityfromresistantinthecontroltosensitiveinthetreatedsamplebyDay10.

Forfiveoftheeightantibioticsshownhere,Ciprofloxacin,Gatifloxacin,Levofloxacin,
OfloxacinandMoxifloxacin,theMICvaluesinthecontrolstrainhaveincreasedin
thetreatedsample,changingthesusceptibilityfromsensitiveinthecontrolsampleto
aresistantstrainby10thday.

OrganismIdentification:

Biotypenumbersofparticularorganismswerearrivedatafterinterpretingtheresultsof
thebiochemicaltests.TheBiotypenumbersthenledtotheparticularOrganism
Identification.

Surprisingly,thebiotypeshavechangedintwoofthreetreatedsamplescomparedto
controlanddidnotmatchwitheachother.InGroupIIsample,whichwastreatedin
lyophilizedformitself,thespeciesitselfhasbeenidentifiedtobedifferentbyDay10.

BiochemicalReactions:

GroupI:

InGroupI,forRaffinoseandArginine,thereactionwaspositiveinthecontrolsample
andhadchangedtonegativeby5thDayinthetreatedsamplebutreturnedtopositive
byDay10.RestofthebiochemicalreactionsdidnotshowanychangesinGroupI
samples.

GroupII

Forsevenofthebiochemicaltestschangesmaybenoted,whichwastreateddirectlyin
thelyophilizedform.ThereactionwithRaffinose,Arginine,VogesProskauer,BE,
PYRandUreahadchangedfromapositiveresultinthecontroltonegativebythetime
itwastestedonthe10thday.Arabinosehasalsochangedfromnegativetopositive,
althoughitremainedunaffectedintreatedsamplesofGroupI.

Discussion:
Whilemisidentificationsanderrorsinassessmentoftheabovecharacteristicsare
knowntohaveoccurredinsuchtests,theexistenceofchangesinsomanyproperties
andtestscannotbedismissedasamachineerror.Thefindingsofalterationsin
antibioticsusceptibilitypatternsaswellasinseveralbiochemicalreactionsasaresult
ofthetreatmentappliedareunexpectedandunprecedentedbasedontheliteratureso
far,andcurrentlyunexplainedbyscience.Thebiotypesoftheorganismshavealso
changedaftertreatmentbyMr.Trivedi.Thisappearstoindicatethepresenceofan
energytowhichtheorganismswereexposed.Andmostimportantisthattheparticular
microbereactedtothisenergy,whichhasneverbeenreportedyet.

Inseparatestudies,theeffectofMr.TrivedisenergyonbacterialstrainsofATCC
throughDNAfingerprintinghasindicatedDNApolymorphismrangingfrom4%to
79%[2](unpublished).Further,16SrDNAtestsshowachangeinthebacterial
species.[3].Suchobservationsareindicativeofalterationsingenotype.Thesimilarity

ofeffectofMr.Trivedisuniqueenergyonbiochemicalchangesandsusceptibility
patternsofStaphylococcusepidermis[ATCC13518]andotherbacteriareferenced
above[2,3]leadustopostulatethatStaphylococcusepidermis[ATCC13518]hasalso
gonethroughagenotypechange.ThusweexpecttoseeDNApolymorphisminthese
strains,whichmayberesponsibletocausesuchchangesinantibioticsusceptibilityas
wellasinbiochemicalreactions.

Theresultsobtainedinthepresentexperimentindicatetheexistenceofanenergythat
isstillnotknowntocontemporaryphysicalandlifesciencesandwhichcaneffectively
alterthecharacteristicsofthemicroorganismssuchasthebacteriastudiedinthiswork.
Itisnotpossibletofindanexplanationofsuchobservationsbasedonthecurrent
scientificknowledge.Theseresultsmaygiverisetobetterinsightintothepathways
thatleadtomutationandmayalsohelptounderstandthepossiblebiochemical
pathwaysthattakeplaceinthelifecycleoftheparticularmicrobe.

Whilesciencehassofarremainedunabletoenterintoquestionsregarding
consciousness/Spiritualismandorderedforcesorenergieswhichcaninterconnect
materialsonaplaneofhigherinformation,theresultsofthecurrentexperimentsprove
theexistenceofadirectmodelforinvestigationintotheimpactofaspiritualenergyin
arigorousmanner.

Conclusions:
1Mr.Trivedisenergyhasalteredthebiochemicalreactionsalongwiththeantibiotic
susceptibilityofStaphylococcusepidermisonlywithintheperiodof10days.

2.Thechangesoccurredinsevenbiochemicalreactionsinthelyophilizedstateare
impossibleasperthepresentknowledgeandwouldbeconsideredmiraculous.

3.Lyophilizationisthemethodmostcommonlyusedforthepreservationof
microorganisms,asitdoesnotaltertheChemicalandenzymaticcharacteristicsofthe
microbes.Oncontrary,thepresentedresultshaveobservedthechangesinfew
characteristicsofS.epidermisinthelyophilizedstateitselfindicatingtheneedfor
superiormethodforstorageofparticularmicroorganism.

4.Theseresultscannotbeexplainedbycurrenttheoriesofscience,andindicatea
potencyinMr.Trivedisenergy,providingamodelforsciencetobeabletoinvestigate
theimpactofspiritualenergyinarigorousmanner.

5.Inlyophilizedstate,biochemicalandenzymaticcharacteristicscouldbealtered.
