Rationale/Reflection of previous practice: During the last semester my MCT and MST commented on my
last teaching, they asked me to work on two different areas. The first area of developments was; time
management because I wasnt able to finish the activity on time. The second area of development that I
have to work on the classroom management because the students were running into my classroom and
yelling before we start our class that lead to make me feel confused and out of control because of the
different areas and the randomly movements of the students.
