single mother. Mother has Intellectual and physical
disability. They are 8 in the family with different fathers.
Emferd visited the family and invited Elizabeth to have
education; she has started pre-primary Education at
Mvomero primary School. She is from Kipangilo village,
North of Mvomero District.

2. Martina John, Date of Birth 2012, from a single

mother, Has a sister, who is climb and Deaf,
They are 6 from different fathers comes from Nguluili village North of
Gairo District, the village was visited twice and Martina was invited to
Emferd, she is in pre primary next year she will attend primary 5 at
Mvomero primary school.

3. Rose Canute, Date of Birth 2001

An Orphan but father is alive but has hidden intellectual disability,
Rose has a young brother who has multiple disabilities, Emferd
staff visited her grandmother to see the welfare of her brother,
then Rose emerged with the problem of Education. Rose came to
Emferd 2014, is now in primary School at Mvomero. Your support
will help Rose to get uniform, learning materials, Medical costs
and food.

4. Asha Ally, Date of Birth 2002, she has a physical disability

club foot, also has a nephew with physical disability. Asha has suffered
humiliation from her step father, staying at Emferd and Schooling at
primary 5 is a big relief to her, Asha is from Nguluili village, North of
Gairo District, where there are no social services at all.
 5. Kulwa Athuman (1st Twin)
Date of Birth. 2004.The Elder sister has intellectual disability, father
has denied paternity to them, she is from a single mother, 6 of
them, four with different fathers, Kulwa and the other twin from a
different father who has abandoned them or denied paternity since
pregnancy, she is from Nguluili village North of Gairo District,
Kulwa attends pre-primary at Mvomero stays at Emferd centre.

6. Doto Athuman (2nd Twin)

Date of Birth, 2004. The Elder sister has intellectual disability,
father has denied paternity to them, she is from a single
mother, 6 of them, four with different fathers, Kulwa and the
other twin from a different father who has abandoned them or
denied paternity since pregnancy, she is from Nguluili village
North of Gairo District, Kulwa attends pre-primary at Mvomero
stays at Emferd.

7. Gema John, Date of Birth, 2008

From a disorganized family due to abject poverty has a cousin
with Intellectual disability. Emferd staff visited the family seeing
the condition; she was rescued to attend School she is at at a
primary school. Gema comes from Nguluili village North of Gairo
District.

8. Maria George Date of Birth, 2001

They are 5 in single family each with has/he father, Maria has an aunt
with severe Intellectual disability with epilepsy, Maria has stayed
Emferd since 2010, attending 1st year Secondary Education, comes
from Maskati village North of Mvomero District.
 9. Monica Emanuel, Date of Birth, 27 May 1999, her young sister Grace
has severe cerebral palsy. Monica and Grace stays at Emferd since 2015,
Monica and Grace come from Malolo Village in Kilosa District, she is in 1st
year of Secondary, Monica is the sole care taker while the mother has poor
health.

10. Neema Maria, Date of Birth, Not known,

Estimated 14 years, on Orphan, abandoned in the road side of
Moshi town in Kilimanjaro Region, Good Samaritan took her to
Upendo Orphanage run by nuns of the Precious Blood. The nuns
failed to take care of her, with other Orphans, the nuns appealed
to Emferd, Neema has mild disability, and she attends inclusion
Education class. Neema joined Emferd August 2009

11. Rose Maria, Date of Birth, Unknown, Estimated 12

years, on Orphan, abandoned in the road side of Moshi town in
Kilimanjaro Region, Good Samaritan took her to Upendo
Orphanage run by nuns of the Precious Blood. The nuns failed
to take care of her, with other Orphans then they appealed to
Emferd, Rose has mild disability, and she attends inclusion
Education class. Rose joined Emferd August 2009; Your support
can help with her learning materials, food, medical costs, and
beddings.

12. Bertha Leonard

Date of Birth, 2001, she is an Orphan, has been living with an old
uncle of the extended family. Bertha came to Emferd since 2015,
 and attending primary Education, she is from Magunga Village
North of Mvomero District, her siblings are not known.

13. Maria Theophil

Date of Birth, 2001, An Orphan, father had life
imprisonment, had been staying with grandmother, the grandma
has suffered from severe stroke, Maria has been living in
Institutes since her mom died in 2007. Most of her siblings are
not known.

management skills especially in cooking, your support can help
her to get learning materials, College fees, Medical costs, Meals,
beddings.

14. Faudensia Samuel

Date of Birth, 2003, Mother abandoned with an old aunt with
disability, they are six with different father. Faundencia has
suffered much humiliation, she is from Kipangilo village North
of Mvomero, she is in primary School at Mvomero, she stays at
Emferd, your support will help Faundencia to get Uniforms,
learning material, beddings, medical costs, and food.

15. Victoria John, Date of Birth, 2001, An Orphan and slow

learner, has skills in learning daily living skills. Has a father
and a step mother . Emferd met her in a very poor condition,
health wise, discrimination, bullying and calling negative
names; father have no responsibility of her due to her
disability she comes from very remote rural village Kikunde
North of Gairo District.

16. Angela Charles, Date of Birth, 2008, Father unknown,

mother abandoned the girl to an old grandmother with poor
vision, Emferd visited this grandma, who expressed concern of
 Education for Angela, she is attending inclusive Education at Emferd, since January
2016, Angela comes from Leshata village, Gairo District.

17. Zaina Charles , Date of Birth 2002, Father have severe

physical disability, mother slow learner, they live in total poverty,
Zaina came to Emferd with one torn dress. The father appealed
for Zaina to get Education, Emferd staff met the family in
December 2015, Zaina joined Emferd March 2016. She is from
Vyadigwa village in Gairo District, has started pre-primary

18. Neema William. Date of Birth, 2007. Has a young

brother with severe cerebral palsy, lives at a village where there is
no school within reach. Emferd staff visited the family in Dec 2015,
Neema came to Emferd in March 2016, has started pre-primary
Education.

19. Euphransia John, Date of Birth, 2004, has a cousin with

multiple disabilities whom she lives together with an old widow
grandmother; grandmother is not able to meet school needs.
Emferd staff visited Ndobogo Village where this family was
found, Euphransia joined Emferd 2015 and has started, primary
education. Your support will help her to get uniform, learning
materials, medical costs, food.

20. Hogla Fabiani

Date of Birth, 2004. Live with an aunt who has bad epilepsy,
with mild intellectual disability. Emferd visited the family, Hogla
has joined Emferd in 2015, has started primary School, she is
from Chanika Village n Mvomero District. Your support will help
Hogla to get uniform, learning materials, medical costs and food.
21. Godfrey Penford
Date of Birth, 2008. This is among the special cases
involving boys, his father has severe cerebral palsy why
has disfigured him. Penfold has poor speech; Emferd staff
met the family at a Seminar on Dec 2015. The family is one
of the poor families, the family appealed for God fray to get
Education. God fray joined Emferd January 2016, has
started pre- primary.
