A research team is currently conducting a study about the Factors Impeding the Progress and
Completion of STEM Students Research Studies at Zambales National High School. In line
with this, the undersigned is requesting your good office to allow the team to conduct the
research. Specifically would you be so kindly to allow us to disseminate questionnaires to the
STEM students of Grades 9-12.
