Total Productive Maintenance

1. The reporter was specific with providing the objective which I understood clearly.
2. Motives of total productive was discussed but I was not able to relate it to the objective
they have stated.
3. Reporter for the last topic was just reading the topic.
4. It helps me understand the benefits of TPM by the introduction of 8 pillars.
5. I was able to identify that 5s is also one of the 5 pillars of the tpm.
6. Some of the target of tpm are production, quality and cost.
7. I was not able to get to details for the last reporter since his voice is not that loud.
8. I also noticed that lack of example was explained by the reporter.
9. The learning that I have for total productive maintenance is all for goal, objective and
the 8 pillars that help to implement TPM.
10. All in all it was a good report.
