HOW TO USE YOUR GOLD EMI CARD

1. Walk in to any partner store with your Gold EMI Card

2. The executive at the counter will swipe or make a transaction on the retail store machine

3. Enter your pin code to validate the transaction

4. The executive will enter the product details and provide a loan details slip

5. Sign, complete your transaction and take home your product

CHANGE YOUR EMI CARD PIN ON EXPERIA

1. Visit Customer Portal-Experia

2. Enter your User ID and Password

3. Go to My Relations

4. Go to EMI Card details > Click on view details

5. Select the Change EMI Card PIN option

6. Enter the current PIN > Enter new PIN

7. Answer any one security question > Generate OTP

8. Enter the OTP received and submit your PIN

9. You have successfully changed your EMI Card PIN

2. Check loan details

3. View special offers on your card

4. Select from the options and get all the necessary information

Get all queries resolved in minutes, from your Experia user ID/password, to your loan/EMI balance, to your statement of
accounts or NOC along with any other information you need. Just call us on 020 39575152 and follow the interactive voice
commands.

take care of any requirements or clarifications that you may have. In case you would like to speak to our executive
directly, select option 4 on the IVR.

UPDATES THROUGH EMAIL AND SMS

Receive regular updates on your loan approval and disbursal status, through SMS and email. Post loan disbursal, receive
regular updates on your EMI payments, along with other services.
