1.2 FACILITIES Overview

DESCRIPTION

ISSUED FOR PROJECT PROPOSAL

I SSUED FOR CLIENT E -REVIEW

The purpose of the facilities is to increase the Arab Light (AL) crude oil
production capacity of Khurais field from 1,200 MBCD to 1,500 MBCD. The
Khurais Central Producing Facilities (KhCPF) will be expanded to process
additional 300 MBCD of dry AL crude.

The project will design and install a fifth Crude Train at KhCPF to produce
the additional AL crude oil. The additional gas from the new oil train will
require installation of a third Gas Train with molecular sieve dehydrators.
