Drinking the Spirit
9/17 Twenty-Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time
Drinking the Spirit is a great new opportunity for us to gather as adult Catholics to grow in our Catholic Sirach 27:30-28:7; Psalm 103:1-4, 9-12; Romans 14:7-9; Matthew 18:21-35
faith and as a community. Each week we will have a different Catholic topic with a presenter. Questions
and discussions are encouraged. We are each responsible for our own "beverages" and or food. This
should be a relaxing and enjoyable way of learning about the Catholic faith. Please plan on joining us,
spread the word and bring a friend!
Our first Drinking the Spirit of the season will be October 10th at 7 PM at the Tin Cup. DCCW Officer Nominations
The Diocesan Council of Catholic Women is in need of volunteers to fill the 1st Vice Chairman and
Treasurer positions on the DCCW board in October.
Please consider being nominated for these positions and also encourage others to consider. Please forward
