resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

RESOLUTION
Of inquiry requesting the President and directing the Attor-
ney General to transmit, respectively, certain documents
to the House of Representatives relating to the removal
of former Federal Bureau of Investigation Director
James Comey.

1 Resolved, That the President is requested, and Attor-


2 ney General of the United States is directed, to transmit,
3 respectively (in a manner appropriate to classified infor-
4 mation, if the President or Attorney General determines
5 appropriate), to the House of Representatives, not later

2 possessions, or any portion of any such communication,
3 that refers or relates to the following:
4 (1) The firing of Director James B. Comey of
5 the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
6 (2) The participation of Attorney General Jef-
7 ferson Sessions in the removal of Director Comey.
8 (3) The scope or application of Attorney Gen-
9 eral Sessions recusal from any existing or future
10 investigations of any matters in any way related to
11 the campaigns for President of the United States.
12 (4) The application of Attorney General Ses-
13 sions recusal to the removal of Director Comey.
14 (5) The scope or application of executive privi-
15 lege as applied to the June 13, 2017, testimony of
16 Attorney General Sessions before the Senate Select
17 Committee on Intelligence.
18 (6) President Donald J. Trumps statement,
19 communicated via Twitter on May 12, 2017, at 8:26
20 a.m.: James Comey better hope that there are no
21 tapes of our conversations before he starts leaking
22 to the press!.

1 (8) Any contemporaneous account of any meet-
2 ing between President Trump and Director Comey.
3 (9) Any communication Donald Trump, Jr.,
4 Paul Manafort, or Jared Kushner may have had
5 with the Department of Justice or the Federal Bu-
6 reau of Investigation that relates to their June 9,
7 2016, meeting with Natalia Veselnitskaya, Rinat
8 Akhmetshin, and Irakly Kaveladze.
9 (10) Any analysis regarding the violation of any
10 criminal law with respect to that June 9, 2016,
11 meeting, including any analysis of the Federal Elec-
12 tion Campaign Act of 1971, the Computer Fraud
13 and Abuse Act, or the Espionage Act of 1917 as it
14 may pertain to a Federal campaigns attempt to ob-
15 tain information that would incriminate Hillary
16 from a foreign government.
17 (11) The disposition or review of any applica-
18 tion for a security clearance submitted by White
19 House advisor Jared Kushner or Attorney General
20 Sessions.
