Job Expenses In accordance with Policy 6471, School District Travel, I recommend the approval/confirmation of the following travel and related expenses in the amount of $416.26 as attached. Trustee Robert Marra’s spouse, Mary Marra, is a learning disability specialist for the child study team of the Lodi School District; 2. Trustee Jonathan Carafa’s parent, Emil Carafa is a Principal for the Lodi School District and his sister Stephanie Carafa is a teacher for the Lodi School District. 3. Trustee Philip Carbonetti’s daughter, Kristen Borrometti is a teacher for the Lodi School District; 4, Trustee Michael Nardino’s niece, Lisa Costa, is a teacher for the Lodi School District. 5, Trustee Ryan Curioni’s aunt, Lynn Scillia, and cousin, Victoria Scillia Guido, are teachers in the Lodi School District. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Education of the Borough of Lodi that the Doctrine of Necessity is hereby invoked to approve the Superintendent's Merit Bonus Goals which shall permit all members of the Board of Education to participate in the vote on the Superintendent's Merit Bonus Goals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board Secretary/Business Administrator is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the School Ethics Commission; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution shall be posted for a period of thirty (30) days.
