2 Switch the "local/remote" selector to "local" position

3 Switch main power handle to "DISCONNECTED" position

4 Switch mechanical interlock handle to "MOVEABLE" position

5 Rack-out the 380V CB

6 Lock the CB mechanical interlock handle in "DISCONNECTED" position

Verify again the above mentioned steps and ensure each step is correct, Report to supervisor that the
7 operation has completed.

Ensure that relevant PTWs have been cancelled, the site of load equipment and switch cabinet should be
1 clean and tidy, no sundries , and satisfy power supply requirements

2 Check that 380V CB main power handle in "DISCONNECTED" position

3 Check that "remote/loacal" selector in "loacal" position

4 Unlock the CB mechanical interlock handle from "DISCONNECT" position

5 Switch the CB mechanical interlock handle to "MOVEABLE" position

6 Racking the 380V CB cabinet into working positon

7 Switch the CB mechanical interlock handle to "CONNECTED" position

8 Switch the CB main power handle to "CONNECTED" position

9 Check the singal of cabinet correctly

Verify again the above mentioned steps and ensure each step is correct, Report to supervisor that the

Check all loads(motor/pump/fan) on the MCC already shutdown , and load power breakers are in "OFF"
1 position or out of switchborad
2 Check signal of ATS equipment correctly

3 Exit function of ATS auto switching

4 Open MCC working incoming CB from DCS

5 Check no voltage indcation on the MCC

6 Open MCC backup incoming CB from DCS

7 Switch "remote/local" selector of MCC working incoming CB to "local" positon

8 Racking the MCC working incoming CB to "repair" position

9 Switch "remote/local" selector of MCC backup incoming CB to "local" positon

10 Racking the MCC backup incoming CB to "repair" position

11 Open the isolation switch of ATS

12 Check and ensure no voltage on the MCC busbar by electroscope

13 Install a group earthing connection on the MCC busbar (require by maintenance)

2 Check that all loads CB on MCC are in "OFF" position

3 Remove the earthing connection from MCC busbar (if applied)

4 Close the isolation switch of ATS

5 Check that MCC woking incoming CB is in "OFF" postion

6 Racking the MCC working incoming CB to "working" position

7 Switch "remote/local" selector of MCC working incoming CB to "remote" positon

8 Check that MCC backup incoming CB is in "OFF" postion

9 Racking the MCC backup incoming CB to "working" position

10 Switch "remote/local" selector of MCC backup incoming CB to "remote" positon

11 Close the MCC working incoming CB

12 Check that MCC busbar operations normal with no-load, and ATS equipment signal correctly

13 Close the MCC backup incoming CB

14 Put the function of ATS auot switching in service

Verify again the above mentioned steps and ensure each step is correct, Report to supervisor that the
