2- Feed Preparation:

A) WCO:

- Heating to remove water (100C)

- Use CaCl2 to remove water traces.

- Filtration.

B) VGO:

- No Preparation needed.
C) WLO:

- Heating to remove water (150C).

- Extraction of sludge with polar solvent(NMP).

- Mixing for 1 Hr.

- Settling for 24 Hr.

- Filtration.

3- Catalyst Characterization before and after runs.

4- Catalyst Preparation:
1) Calcination Up to 450 C for 3:4 Hrs.

2) Sulfiding with MSDS in the reactor.

5- Catalyst Configuration in the


reactor:

Cat. Porcelain
HCK= 70 ml + 70 ml

Cat. Porcelain
HDS= 15 ml + 15 ml

Ceramic balls = 15 ml
6- Run Conditions and order:

Between each run should be a test run.
