our acceptance of your proposed candidate, (name), as a member of the Dispute
Adjudication Board.

With reference to the proposal made in your letter (reference, date), we regret to
inform you that we are not in agreement with your proposal to appoint (name) as
a member of the Dispute Adjudication Board.
