(PG Diploma in Industrial Automation System Design (PC100) starting on 08-09-2009)

The students who are in the final semester, at the time of filling the application, are also
considered in the first selection list assuming that they have passed the examination by now. All
the students included in the first selection list have passed their qualifying degree with a
minimum of 65% of marks for general candidates and 57% for SC/ST candidates (as given in
their application form). Before payment of the first installment of fees the applicants may ensure
themselves that they meet the above criteria. The fee paid will not be refunded under any
circumstances.

The selected students have to take provisional admission on or before 26th August 2009 by
paying the first installment of fees (as mentioned in the section “PAYMENT OF FEES”
below). Their admission shall be confirmed only after verifying their original certificates on the
counseling date.

Regarding payment of first installment, the students must inform us the details of
payment made, by e-mail/ phone/ letter/ fax before 26th August 2009. The payment
details have to be received on or before 26th August 2009.

The selection of those applicants, who are not paying the first installment of fees on or
before 26th August 2009, will be cancelled and they will not be having any further claim for
the seat.

SC/ST Students SC/ST student also have to pay the first installment of fees as mentioned
above. SC/ST candidates with family annual income less than 1 lakh rupees are eligible for
25% fee concession. For those who are eligible for fee concession, the difference in fees
paid will be adjusted in the second installment of fees on production of relevant certificate.

Hostel fee shall be approximately Rs. 3,600.00

Your admission will be confirmed only after verification of certificates and remitting
the second installment of course fee on 07/09/2009. Students are requested to
bring with them the following as applicable:

1. Original and photo copy of Proof of Date of Birth, SSLC or equivalent

2. Original and photo copies of the Mark Lists of the Qualifying Examination

3. Original and photo copies of the Degree Certificate of the Qualifying Examination

4. Final year students have to bring original and photocopies of course completion
certificate of their qualifying degree and mark lists up to the last semester/ year.

5. Original and attested copy of Community Certificate (It should be in English or

Hindi only) of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe candidates from a competent
authority (not below the rank of a Tahsildar).

6. The students should bring two copies of passport size photograph for application
form and one stamp size photograph for ID card.

7. Admission is subject to satisfying the requirements. Attending the counseling

does not guarantee admission.

8. Candidates offered admission would have to remit the second installment of

courser fee on the same day of counseling, failing which the admission is not
guaranteed.

The depositor should obtain the UTR Number from the branch while depositing cash directly
into our account. Depositor should also obtain the acknowledgement duly filled up and signed by
the staff of the bank through which the amount was deposited. UTR number should be
mentioned in all the correspondences to us pertaining to amount. The following details are to be
given by the depositor.

The centre will not be responsible for any mistakes done by either the bank concerned or by the
depositor while remitting the amount into our account.

After making payment, the students must inform us the details of payment made by e-mail/
phone/ letter/ fax before 26th August 2009 for cross verification in the bank account
mentioned above. The payment has to be received on or before 26th August 2009.

2. Payment by Demand Draft (DD): Demand Draft has to be drawn in favour of Director,
DOEACC Centre, Calicut, Payable at State Bank of India, NIT Branch, Chathamangalam,
CALICUT – 673 601, Kerala.

DD for the first installment of fees deposit for applicants in the first selection list must be
received at the centre on or before 26th August 2009. DD received after 26th August 2009 from
students in first selection list, will not be considered under any circumstances and the same shall
be returned by return mail as far as possible.

In case applicants need any clarification they can contact us over phone/ e-mail
or come over to our centre directly before payment of fees.
