HINGES - (Standard on all doors) Heavy duty, high quality steel, concealed hinge with self-closing
feature and 6-way adjustability. (Optional) High quality steel wrap-around hinge with self clos-
ing feature (available on standard reveal door styles only).
DOVETAIL DRAWER - (Upgrade only) Front, back and sides are nominal 3/4" thick (19 mm)
solid beech hardwood with dovetail construction. Drawer bottoms are nominal 3/16" (5 mm)
multi-ply hardwood birch plywood inserted into dado in front, back and sides. Drawer bottoms
are glued and stapled to sides.
UNDERMOUNT DRAWER GUIDE - (Standard with dovetail drawer only) - High quality
steel, undermount construction provides full drawer access. Self adjusting in mounting brackets.
Built-in stop, self-closing and stay closed features with a 75 lb. rated load capacity.
SOFT-CLOSE UNDERMOUNT DRAWER GUIDE - (Deluxe upgrade option for dovetail
drawer only) High quality steel, undermount construction provides soft-close feature that
helps reduce drawer slamming. Drawers are full extension, self adjusting in mounting brackets.

EXCLUSIVE 17-STEP FINISH PROCESS
1. All surfaces are machine and hand sanded
2. All dust particles are mechanically removed
3. Pre-stains are applied evenly to provide base
color uniformity
4. Specially formulated stain is hand sprayed
5. Surfaces are hand wiped or brushed with a soft china
bristle brush
6. Stained products undergo a slow drying process
7. Chemical resistant sealer is applied
8. Sealed products are baked to ensure a complete
cure throughout
9. Sealed surfaces are hand sanded with ultra fine
sandpaper
10. Products are quality inspected for cleanliness
and smoothness
11. Catalyzed Varnish is applied
12. Varnished products are pre-cured
13. Products are then placed into high velocity ovens
14. Surfaces are once again sanded with ultra fine grit
sandpaper
15. Final sanding dust is removed
16. Second coat of Catalyzed Varnish is applied
17. Final topcoat is pre-cured, followed by a slow bake
