Minutes of the Commissioners Special Call Meeting

The Special Call Meeting of the Williamson County Emergency Services District #8 was held on Wednesday,
September 6, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at 3500 D B Wood Road. The President, Bobby Bunte, being in the chair, and
a quorum present, the meeting was called to order at 6:00p.m.

Present: Commissioners Bobby Bunte, Bennie Piper, Troy Rodriguez, Ira Wood
Visitors: Chief John Sullivan

Meeting

1. Public Hearing No. 2 to take public comment on the proposal to set the Tax Rate at
.093771 per $100 value.

Public Hearing called to order at 6:00p.m.

2. Public Comment.

None

No further business was discussed or actions taken. Commissioner Piper made a motion for adjournment.
Commissioner Rodriguez seconds. Motion carried. Meeting was adjourned at 6:02:p.m.

Next Regular Session Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 13, 2017, 6:00p.m. at the Public
Safety Operations and Training Center.
