To carry out all kinds of commercial transaction as an aircraft custom built with a
chemical sprayer system and used for aerial spraying of crops;

2. To enter into all kinds of contracts, covenants or obligations in its own name or
representation of other persons or entities bearing in mind the objective of the
corporation.

3. To engage in the business of aircraft hangarage, management and


maintenance and in connection therewith to own, operate, establish, maintain,
construct, rent and lease hangars, air transportation depots, aircraft service
stations and agencies, and generally deal in aviation products, avionics,
accessories, equipment components, parts and other objects of a similar kind or
nature which may be necessary to the business and/or service.

4. To embark on spraying of crops and plantations with pesticides using helicopters


or fixed wing aircraft on large or inaccessible areas where ground-based
spraying is impractical. Pesticides to be used can include insecticides,
herbicides, fungicides, miticides, and any other chemicals designed to control
pest species. This does not cover the aerial spraying of pesticides on other areas
such as turf, gardens or native bushland.

5. The effectively apply aerial application of substances other than pesticides, such

6. To minimize the impacts of aerial spraying on water resources by providing


guidance on acceptable practices employed to protect the quality of water

include physical barriers, biological controls and genetic modification of plants.
Conditions may be applied in regulatory approvals for pesticide application and
will require best environmental management practice. Guidance on current
best environmental management practice is given in suppliers label instructions,
this note, and in any project-specific conditions set by regulatory agencies.

10. To help define buffer zones which includes test spraying using inert dyes. This can
determine the spray paths suited for the aerial spraying operation, depending on
the aircraft type, flight height and ambient weather conditions.

11. To establish an awareness zone for the area surrounding the spraying
operation. This zone may extend up to five kilometres from the area to be
sprayed. Once the awareness zone has been established all areas within the
zone that may be pesticide sensitive should be identified. Such areas include
animals and animal housing facilities, aquaculture facilities, apiaries, organic
food enterprises, water sources, houses, gardens, schools, public areas and
pesticide sensitive crops. A map of the awareness zone and sensitive areas
should be created and used as a reference throughout the operation. No-fly
zones should be established over areas that are considered pesticide sensitive
and spray aircraft should be prohibited from flying over these areas.

12. To decrease the risk of environmental contamination, by ensuring that an


effective aerial spraying program is conducted.

13. To undertake a successful and effective aerial spraying program. Aerial spraying
equipment should be tailored to its specific application.

14. To provide an aircraft chosen to undertake the aerial spraying operation. Both
helicopters and fixed wing aircraft can be used for the aerial spraying of
pesticides.

15. To deliver the safest and most effective means of dispersing approved pesticide
against the most destructive airborne disease of agricultural plants.

16. To exercise all and any other objectives already enumerated or those
which may be a natural consequence of the same, as owner, factor,
agent, contractor or any other capacity in its name or in cooperation with
other persons, partnership or corporation and in general to do and
execute any acts or to exercise any right, power or faculty that any
juridical person can exercise in accordance with existing laws or its
amendments in the future.
17. To act as transfer agents, registrars, paying agents and in general, fiscal
agent in respect of any obligation guaranteed as specified above, or in
request of the guarantees of any corporation affiliated or of any other
corporation, fideicomiso, association, consortium or individual, provided
the directors deem such act beneficial for the promotion of the objectives
of the Corporation;

18. To buy or otherwise acquire letter-patent, concessions, inventions, rights


and privileges subject to purpose of this corporations, whether exclusive or
not exclusive or limited, or any part interest in such letters-patent, ,
concessions, inventions, rights and privileges whether in the Philippines or
abroad.

19. To sell, cede, or grant any patent rights, concessions, licenses, inventions,
rights and privileges of which the corporation may be in possession or may
acquire any interest thereon.

20. To register patent of any invention. To obtain exclusive or any kind of


privileges in respect thereto in any part of the world and to solicit,
exercise, utilize or negotiate in any manner and obtain the maximum
advantage or other rights and privileges of patent in the Philippines or
abroad.
