LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Sophia Samantha Franczeska G. Lim, of legal age, single, a native of Philippines,

having been born on the 5th day of January, 1963, now actually residing at Room #9, Urgello
Strip & Residences, Sambag 2, Urgello, Cebu City, being of sound and disposing mind and
memory, and not acting under undue influence, violence, fraud, or intimidation of whatever kind,
do by these presents declare this to my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be
written in English, the language which is known to me. And I hereby declare that:

1. I desire that my remains be buried according to the rites of the Roman Catholic
Church and with dignity suitable to my circumstances;
2. That I am the owner of the following properties:
a. share of the The Leondale Inc;
b. OCT No. OP- 38221 covering Lot 374 with 652 square meter of real property
located in Barangay Loboc-loboc, Surigao City;
c. OCT No. OP- 78993 covering Lot 098 with 893 square meter of real property
located in Baragay Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City, Philippines;
d. 258 square meter condominium unit in City Suites, Ramos, Cebu City,
Philippines;
e. 367 square meter condominium unit in Urgello Strips and Residences, Cebu
City, Philippines;
f. 800 square meter mansion addressed 040, Block 8, Ayala Alabang,
Muntinlupa City, Philippines;
g. 6 red Ferrari Sports Cars, models 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016

3. That should the Lord Almighty finally summon this soul from this earthly abode, it is
my wish and desire to bequeath, grant and devise my properties above mentioned, as
follows:
a. I give and bequeath to my friend and business partner, John Peter S. Sy, half
of my shares in our company, The Leondale Inc, listed as no. 2 paragraph A
above;
b. I give and bequeath to my only child, Maria Julianna G. Lim, all my
properties, real and personal, listed as no. 2 paragraph B-G above;
4. That for the purpose of rendering this Last Will and Testament effective thru the
proper proceeding in court, I hereby name and constitute Elena Doris R. Seredrica as
Executor and Administrator of this Last Will and Testament, and that in her
incapacity, I hereby name Rodrigo P. Serafica as her substitute;
5. That the Executor and Administrator I hereby nominate shall be excuse from posting
any bond;
6. That I hereby revoke, set aside, and annul any other will or testamentary disposition I
have made, signed or proclaimed

ATTESTATION CLAUSE

We, the undersigned attesting witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite our
respective names, do hereby certify: That the testator, Sophia Samantha Franczeska G. Lim,
has published unto us the foregoing Will consisting of four pages numbered correlatively in
letters on the upper part of each page, as her Last Will and Testament and has signed the same
and every page thereof, on the left margin, in our joint presence and we, in turn, at her request
have witnessed and signed the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in the presence
of the testator and in the presence of each and all of us.

JOINT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the City of Cebu, Philippines, this 26th day of
August, 2017, personally appeared:

The testator, Sophia Samantha Franczeska G. Lim, with Community Tax Certificate
No. 7654321, issued on February 26, 2017 at Urgello, Cebu City;

Witness, Vincent Raven R. Purita, with Community Tax Certificate No. 9875647,
issued on February 26, 2017 at Guadalupe, Cebu City;

Witness, Gabrielle Lyko R. Duhaylungsod, with Community Tax Certificate No.

736459, issued on February 26, 2017 at Lahug, Cebu City;

Witness, Anthony Nicholas H. Alcantara, with Community Tax Certificate No. 7483963,
issued on February 26, 2017 at Basak, Cebu City,

all known to me to be the same persons who signed the foregoing Will, the first as testator and
the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively acknowledged to me that they
signed the same as their own free act and deed.

This Will consists of four pages, including the page on which this acknowledgement is
written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every page thereof by the testator and
her witnesses, and sealed with my notarial seal.
