Designed and developed a Liquidity Risk Infrastructure (LRI) data marts to support a portal that provided a
central hub for accessing regulatory reports and underlying data. It also provided a suite of analytic reports or
views to help Global Treasury track changes and monitor trends including variances with the general ledger.

Led and managed a team of 60 individuals (on-site & off-shore) to deliver the project for the Data Warehouse for
a cash and derivatives broker-dealer, delivering access to products, solutions, and insights across the worlds
financial markets. The project involved the implementation of an enterprise-wide data warehouse and business
intelligence solution. This warehouse served as a Reference Data Repository (Client & Product) and delivered
views on business data (Trades, Positions, Postings, Cash Flow, Balances, etc.). This created a normalized, robust
and extendable data model that evolved over time as more was learned about the data. The DWH was managing
roughly 6.5 TB of data from 20 source systems. The system growth was 20 GB data per day.

Project New Jersey Office of Information Technology, NJ (Dept. of Transportation)


As an Engagement Manager, worked closely with the Deputy CTO for Data Management Services at State of
New Jersey to develop and execute the strategy and objectives for the development and deployment of the
INDOT Data Warehouse. Worked closely with business partners to understand current ad-hoc utilization and to
plan for new reports and analyzed Legacy Systems from the perspective of Data Change Management to select
the protocols needed to obtain changed data from each system.
Recruited developers, data modelers; defined their objectives, evaluated performance and provided feedback. Led
and mentored State development staff in the design and construction of the complete extract, transform, and load
(ETL) environment for the INDOT Data Warehouse; made recommendations to optimize designs and processes
for both loading and accessing data.
As a Sr. Data Warehouse Architect, directly participated in information gathering, analysis, specification
development, project planning and data modeling to develop EDW data architecture. Designed a normalized
logical model of the data in order to create the structures in the Data Warehouse that will hold the final version of
the DOT legacy systems data. Developed a Physical Data Model. Developed the Dimensional Data Models as
required for functional reporting. Provide and Publish Metadata, Models and Project documents.

As a Sr. Data Architect, worked on various projects as an advisor or technical architect.
GDR Project: Global Data Repository unified data capture and maintenance for Alternative Investments across
GWM. It offered broad reporting capabilities, and delivered complete, reliable data to the users.

F-ODS Project: Designed a data model for a Financial ODS that supported a Branch Server Elimination project.
The F-ODS became a subscriber and provider of Financial Data for all systems of Smith Barney. Performed
Business Analysis and requirements, conducted JAD sessions with SMEs to understand and analyse requirements,
and current source systems. Designed and Developed Data Architecture using conformed Dimensions across
GWM. Designed and Developed Logical Data Models, Physical Data Models, Staging Area, ETL Architecture,
source-to-target mapping. Defined data transformation/scrubbing, exceptional handling, aggregation logic.
Worked with Data Standard Committee for MDM and Reference Data.
MyFi Analytics Project: The objective of this project was to deploy a data mart for the FLS business. This data
environment provided comprehensive coverage of client and prospective client information within FLS, within
Citi, and beyond. Multiple classes of users leveraged the data mart to exploit the business intelligence at hand.
Risk and Compliance Project: An architecture was developed to enable risk management to stress test and
determine specific security types held as margin loan collateral and owned outright in GWM client accounts. Risk
management collected and stored the complete information in a single system to enable them to take suitable and
timely decisions.
Financial Life Services-Advisory Software Inc. Data Integration Project: ASI was the Wealth Management
software to be used by Financial Advisors to manage and balance the customers portfolios. Worked with the
team implementing an architecture that was developed for data integration from various systems. Analyzed the
FLS-ASI Data Integration (Commissioned and Managed Account).
As a Technical Advisor, worked as a Data Management committee member; defined Best Practices and Standards
for the Data Modeling, and Data Architecture. Designed Enterprise Logical Data Model for GWM. Performed a
Metadata Proof of Concept and facilitated hosting of Metadata. As a key member of Shared Services, involved in

Implemented BI Infrastructure using Cognos & DataStage to build The Scorecard, Product Analysis and Risk
Analysis reporting platform. The platform helped marketing and products groups to shift their views from
revenue-centric to profit-centric. Salespeople were able to see profitability levels by product, by seller and by
channels, instead of only focusing on volume and funded amount. The WEB based reporting improved efficiency,
provided flexibility, reduced reporting turnaround time and decreased expenses. Cognos Impromptu, PowerPlay,
Virtualizer, and Query were used to implement a WEB based reporting environment.
Continued working with the management to support the strategic direction for the data warehouse. Served as
