JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF
RESPONDENT BRAD PITT

I, BRAD PITT, of legal age, married, and living at Block 8 Lot 6,

Barrio Bisaya, Guadalupe, Manila, petitioner in this case, state under
oath as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is Atty. GEE OTTO RHA with address at

123 BBC Building, Escolta, Manila. The examination is being held
at the same address. I am answering his questions fully conscious
that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for false
testimony and perjury.

PURPOSE

This affidavit/testimony of respondent BRAD PITT is being offered to

prove that the petitioner ANGELINA JOLIE married BRAD PITT on 24
July 2008. Respondent will also prove that at the course of their
marriage, petitioner had been psychologically incapacitated to comply
with the essential marital obligations. The respondents testimony is
also offered to prove the legal basis for the declaration of nullity of
the petitioners marriage with the petitioner.

circumstances for the record.
A. Brad Pitt.

2. Q. Are you the same Brad Pitt, the respondent in this

case?
A. Yes sir.

3. Q. Do you know a certain Angelina Jolie?

A. Yes sir. She was the woman I married on 24 July
2008.

4. Q. How did you meet her?

A. Angelina and I met and were introduced with each
other in Arellano University during our college days where they
were schooled.

5. Q. Are you still living with Angelina Jolie?

A. We have been separately living for three years
now.

6. Q. Do you have of proof your marriage with Angelina

Jolie?
A. Yes sir, I have a marriage contract attached hereto
as Exhibit A.

7. Q. Do you have children with Angelina Jolie?

A. We have three (3) children namely, Chelsea Pitt,
Beatrice Pitt and William Pitt. A copy of their birth certificates is
hereto attached as Exhibit B.

8. Q. What is the reason for your separation?

A. The petitioners lack of sense and responsibility. She
went abroad to have a luxury life but never cared to provide
the needs of our family.

9. Q. How about a certain Paula Avelino, do you know

her?
A. Yes sir. She was my colleague in Arellano University
and a very good friend of mine.

10. Q. What was the status of your relationship to Paula

Avelino?
A. She was a close friend. We used to live in the same
Apartment Building back in Arellano University.

11. Q. Did you cohabit with Paula Avelino?

A. No, sir. She was just my neighbor in the Apartment
Building in Arellano University.

12. Q. Do you know about Paulas children?

A. Yes sir. She had two children.

13. Q. Are you the father of all or any of Paulas children?

A. No, sir.

14. Q. Are you saying that there is no truth to Angelinas

allegation of your cohabitation Paula?
A. Yes sir.

15. Q. Are you saying that there is no truth to Angelinas

allegation of you acknowledging as the father of Paulas child?
A. Yes, sir.

16. Q. Do you have common properties with the

petitioner?
A. Yes, sir. We have acquired a Mansion in Forbes
Park, five cars, Php25 Million in the bank and an Italian
Restaurant in Makati City while our marriage subsist. A copy of
the Certificate of Registrations and Statement of Account are hereto
attached as my Exhibit H, Exhibit I and Exhibit J
respectively.

17. Q. Do you and the petitioner have common creditors?

A. None sir.

SWORN ATTESTATION

I, ATTY. GEE OTTO RHA, of legal age, Filipino, with office

address at Rm 123, BBC Building, Escolta, Manila after being duly
sworn depose and say:

1. I was the one who conducted the examination of respondent

at my afore-stated office;

2. I have faithfully recorded or caused to be recorded the

questions I asked and the corresponding answer that the
witness gave;

3. Neither I nor any other person then present or assisting her

coached the witness regarding her answers.
