APPELLEE'S SECOND MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE BRIEF
‘TO THE HONORABLE JUSTICES OF THE SUPERIOR COURT:
Appellee, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by and through the Montgomery
County District Attorney's Office, moves this Court for a second extension of time
within which to file its brief in the above captioned matter and, in support thereof,
states the following:
1. The Commonwealth’s brief is currently due Friday, September 15, 2017.
2. ‘The Commonwealth, however, must ask for an extension of fifteen days to
prepare and file its brief due to the following reasons.

extension of time,
6. The Commonwealth makes this request in good faith and without any
intent to delay. It appreciates the Court's patience in this regard, apologizes for the
delay, and will make every effort - should the Court grant the request to file the brief
before the extended deadline.WHEREFORE, the Commonwealth respectfully requests that the Court grant it
an additional fifteen days - until October 2, 2017 - to file its brief.
