For admission into junior-level engineering, you should have completed coursework in the subjects listed
below, including the specific courses required for junior status in your particular Watson School major
(see Major Notes). All transfer credits are awarded on a course-by-course basis. It is important to follow
all guidelines as noted. It is important to follow all guidelines as noted to graduate in two year of full-time
study beginning in a fall semester. Any missing courses may result in adding another year of study for
degree completion.
* Calculus I, II, differential equations or Calculus III, Linear Algebra, one course in Probability
* Two semesters of calculus-based physics
* Two courses in college chemistry
* Two courses in English, including writing and an oral presentation component
* Engineering Statics
* Three college courses in humanities/social science (see General Education Notes)
* First course in electrical circuits
* Introductory programming course (with MATLAB and LabVIEW)
