AGREEMENT FOR LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Lease Contract made hand by Jerome Andres, ________ of legal age,
Filipino, married, and residence of Brgy. Pili, Looc, Romblon hereinafter known as to
LESSE.

-in favor-

Deding F. Dahms, of legal age, Filipino, married and residence of Carolina, Looc,
Romblon, hereinafter known as the LESSOR.

-Witnesseth-

That for and for consideration of a total of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P30,000.00)
Philippine Currency whereof in hereby acknowledge by the LESSE, from the LESSOR
said in a portion of land location at Pili, Looc, Romblon and more particularly described
as follows:

A parcel of land Lot No. ________ of the lot _________ CAD 5480 - Pili, Looc,
Romblon LRC Record No. _______ situated in Barangay Pili, Municipality of Looc,
containing an area of seventy thousand square meters (7 hectares).

Terms and Conditions:

1. That the Period of Lease shall be redeemed within a period of 10 years from the
execution of contract.
2. The Lessor has rights to improve the land.

In witness whereof the Lease has signed this contract this day of __________,
2017 at Looc, Romblon, Philippines.
