The Role
The post holder will provide technical support to customers and company's projects. The post holder is
responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems,
PABX, Video Conferencing and Microsoft Exchange environment plus general maintenance of all IT-
related hardware/software. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and
activities.

Duties/Areas of Responsibility:
The position will involve the following areas of responsibility:

Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external
customers
Giving 1st Level (desktop support) and 2nd Level (incident management) support to customers
Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the company
Travel to customers sites if required
Provide desktop and MS office support
Support and maintain MS Server, Desktops, MS Exchange, PABX, Video Conference
Intermediate level support of networking and security including LAN and WAN
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops
Antivirus installation to all desktops and laptops
Fault-finding to laptops and desktops
Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops
Completing internal user moves including workstations and phones

Patching of network and phones

Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained
Ensuring patches and upgrades are applied to core servers
Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained
Users mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes
Setting up new workstations and phones for newcomers and give induction of ICT policies
and working nature
Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondence
Provide daily report to company administration team

Desirable qualifications and experience:

At least 3 year experience of same function as IT assistance/ System Administrator
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferable.
Prefer certificate holder of MCP, MCSE, MCITP or CCNA but not compulsory.
Fluency in spoken and written in Myanmar and English (essential)
Good communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
Team spirit and attitude of service
Good problem solving and organizational skills

Duty Station:
The position will be based in Yangon with frequent travel to field offices.

Report To:
The position will directly to company's administration team and customer administration team
