Agreement: Construction of Apartment Grey Structure (Labor Rate)

Area 4 Kanal, Agreed Rate of covered area is Rs. 375/ Sq. Feet.

Covered Area of Ground Floor / First Floor is Approximately 17000 Square Feet.
Covered Area Includes Roof, Shade, Pergola, Roof Tank, Roof septic Tank, Under
Ground Tank. Roof Slope will be measured in slope. Measurement of Shade and
pergolas will be in half rate.

1. Following works will be included in this rate:

According to agreement Excavation will be done as per drawing. Construction of

Roof slab as per drawing. Internal and external plaster on ground and first floor.
Laying and fixing of floor tile on roof with charcoal. Kacha of ground and first floor
including brick ballast. Detail of overhead water tank will be as follow:

4.5 inch thick brick wall outer side of tank.

Thermo pole Sheet for insulation
8 inch thick RCC wall

Open floor Kacha and labor of gate is included. Complete measurements shall be
taken after construction of roof. Increase or decrease in measurement will be
compensated on the spot. Clad Stone, Face work and tile/marble also included.

2. Following works will not be included in this rate.

Sanitary and electric work, filling in plot and brick ballasting labor
