STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME WITH Wisconsin

University , Parkside, USA (UW PARKSIDE )


Executive Certificate Course

Following are potential institutions in India we are targeting.


SIMSREE, JBIMS MUMBAI and potentially others INSTITUTE in Mumbai region UNDER
MUMBAI UNIVERSITY

Course Theme:

Business Analyst / as suggested by participating foreign Institution

Program Length:

Two weeks, tentative arrival on Sunday May 13 and departure on Saturday May 26, 2018.

Minimum number of participants:

Minimum 20 students are required for this program. Participating foreign institution will confirm
and pay 1st installment (read section below) by March 15, 2018. Students will be accompanied
by one faculty member from participating institution who will stay with the students during
entire stay at UW-Parkside.

Program Cost:

Cost of program is $2600 per students assuming minimum 20 students. $2600 to be paid to
UW-Parkside in two installments $1200 per student to be paid to UW-Parkside by
participating foreign institution via wire transfer by March 15, 2018. Another $1300 per student
to be paid by students on the day of orientation. Remaining $100 per student will be collected
by accompanying faculty member before arriving to USA.

Facilities and Services Provided:


Cost collected by UW-Parkside includes following for students and accompanying faculty
member:
Breakfast and Lunches starting Monday of 1st week till Saturday of second week
Transportation via shuttle and cab to and from airport (All participants will be arriving
and departing at the same time. Students coming on different dates/times will be
responsible for their transportation)
Transportation to Industry visits, planned tourist places and community projects
destination if necessary
Accommodation at UW-Parkside guest house rooms or apartments(subject to
availability).
o Apartments consists of 4 bedrooms (beds and mattresses) which may be shared
by 8 guests of same gender and a well-furnished full kitchen, (microwave,
cooking stove, oven and refrigerator).
o Each guest house rooms has two beds with mattresses to be shared by two
guestsof same gender. Around 8 to 10 guest rooms share common partially
furnished kitchen (microwave and refrigerator, no cooking stove available).

The Cost collected by UW-Parkside excludes:


Entre fess to theme parks and museums

Accompany faculty member will be responsible for dinners. UW-Parkside will provide necessary
resources (list of restaurants, menu cards and phone numbers) to order meals.

Program Details:

Program consists of
8 academic sessions (8 days)
o Academic sessions consists of day of orientation, 2-3 industry/company visits,
guest lectures by top business executives or professionals, lectures and
supervision by qualified Course Instructor.
3 cultural activities or tourism sessions (3 days).
o Visit to Six Flags Theme Park located in Gurnee IL
o Visits to Chicago downtown (museums, navy pier etc.)
o Visits to Kenosha Outlet Mall
o Interactions with Parkside students

Certificate of Completion:

Upon satisfactory completion of course and necessary activities, student will receive certificate
of completion from UW-Parkside.

Accompanying faculty Member:


UW-Parkside will sponsor one faculty member from your institution. Following benefits will be
provided to faculty member which includes following
Airfare (Not to exceed 1500 USD)
Transportation to and from airport to the university
Accommodation at guest house rooms or at Apartments
Transportation and visits to Industry
Transportation and entre fees to tourist places
All the breakfast and lunches (Faculty member will be responsible for dinner)
