New generation of indicators,
pushbuttons and switches

The Merlin Gerin control and command range of indicators and switches
has been replaced by a new generation that provides numerous
advantages to the contractor as well as the user.

New features

1 red flashing indicator for alarm applications

1 three phase indicator

Improved visibility - the LEDs are brighter and the colours

clearer

Longer life - over 100,000 hours of operation with constant

luminous efficiency

Simplified cabling - all connection terminals in the lower part

Wide range of solutions
All solutions from the previous range have been retained and in
addition to these we now offer the following new functions:
5 new indicators for ELV applications (12 to 48V, ac or dc)
1 new double indicator: red + green
1 new red flashing indicator, for alarm applications
1 new three phase indicator
2 new double pushbuttons
2 new pushbuttons with indicators for ELV (12-48V ac or dc)
1 new red pushbutton

The new indicators have Light Emitting Diodes (LED):

Their visibility has been improved: the LEDs are brighter, the
colours clearer
No maintenance
Over 100.000 hours of operation, with constant luminous
efficiency
The condition of indicators no longer needs to be verified, nor
do bulbs need to be kept as spares

Simplified connection
A wider yet simplified offer: each indicator covers a large range of
voltages:
ELV: 12 to 48V, ac or dc
LV: 110 to 230V, ac
3 phase + neutral and 3 phase: 230 to 400V, ac

On the front panel, a 12mm high zone is reserved for circuit

marking: These marks can be made in the most conventional
manner, either by hand writing in the zone or by using
self-adhesive labels.

Improved ergonomics for users

These new products are the first to benefit from the improvements
that are being introduced across the range of DIN rail mounted
control products.
All connection terminals in the lower part (simplification of
cabling)
Easy access to all connection screws (offset terminals)
Compatible with comb busbars for DPN and comb busbars for
C60
Double lock for fixing rail, that allows for fitting to and removing
from the DIN rail.
The shape of the pushbuttons and the toggles of the switches
have been improved for easier and more efficient operation.
