Re : Assistance to procure a School Bus for Putuavanga Secondary School.

Putuavanga Secondary School is currently the best performing Senior Secondary School in Kunene Region of
Namibia and accommodates close to 600 children from previously disadvantaged families of Ovahimba, Ovatue
and Ovadhimba communities.

The School offers a curriculum stretching from grade 8 up to grade 12 and has been the best performing
Secondary school offering subjects on High level in Kunene Region. As a school that aims at nurturing a culture
of inclusiveness and objectivity we strive to develop our learners holistically for them to contribute in uplifting the
Namibian Economy.

For the past year and half, the school has embarked upon a project of owning a school vehicle in the form of a
Mini -Bus which will assist the school in its various efforts of taking learners to different points of learning to
supplement the rolling down of the curriculum as offered in various subjects like Mathematics, Physical Science,
Biology, Entrepreneurship, Economics and Business Studies. The teaching and support staff of the school
contributed an amount of N$ 80000-00 so far in their efforts to realize the dream of owning a school bus for these
children in the near future. It is a known fact that an Iveco of 21 seats will cost in a range close to N$ 400 000-00
and the amount raised so far is not sufficient to buy this vehicle any time soon.

Its thus for the above narrated story that we humbly extend our hand requiring assistance that will help
Putuavanga Secondary School to realize the dream of owning a school Mini-Bus, which is not a luxury but a
serious need if educating the children of these previously disadvantaged and Marginalized community is at the
centre of your institution.

I would rest my story for now and thank you for having taken your time to read our request and hope to hear from
your institution soon.

Its is a known fact that an Iveco of 21 seats will cost in a range close to N$ 400 000-
00 and the amount raised so far is not sufficient to buy this vehicle any time soon.

Yours Faithfully
..
