M ) & JD(U) led by current Bihar CM Nitish Kumar.
But you know what , the excuse given by Senior BJP Leader and Former BJP President
L.K Advani
& Bihar Chief Minister Nitish kumar for scuttling a no confidence motion to be
passed by Mamata Banerjees TMC :
UPA has the numbers so a no confidence motion will make the opposition look
weaker than it is - since UPA has the numbers on its side. We will oppose UPA on
FDI but will not bring down the government.
In other words, Senior BJP Leader L.K Advani after scuttling a No Confidence Motion
was now giving all sorts of excuses all the while giving more time for Congress
President Sonia Gandhi to play her fiendish backroom maneuvers.

also knew that train burning that preceded Godhra Riot was stage managed.

Organizations used committed Junior Hindutva leaders within the rank and file
of Sangh Parivar like tissue paper. This I got to know only after I did research on
extensive research on Godhra Riots.

Many independent commentators also hold the view that the attack on the Sabarmati
express was a ..Staged Trigger.. for what was actually premeditated violence. This is
100% TRUE.

firing.

According to official figures, the Godhra Riots resulted in the deaths

of 790 Muslims and 254 Hindus.An estimated 254 Hindus were
killed during Godhra Riots , of them at least 251 Hindus were killed
during police firing. Indians need to remember of the total 254
Hindus killed during Godhra Violence , 251 Hindus were SHOT
DEAD by RAF Battalions and Gujarat Police. This was done
deliberately.

Govardhan Zadafia, the State Home Minister boasted in front of the media that
there would be no more retaliation from the Hindu Community for the train
burning and the violence has been contained

Chief Minister Narendra Modi stated that if the situation warranted it, the police
would be supported by deploying the army.

case riot convicts from life imprisonment to death penalty. A Hindu mob killed 23
Muslims, including nine children, in the Ode village of Gujarat's Anand district.

his life.

Gujarat Government under Chief Minister Narendra Modi pressed for enhancement of
24-year jail terms to 30 years for 22 convicts. Narendra Modi led Gujarat
Government gave sanction to public prosecutors to file an appeal to press for
enhancement of 24-year jail terms to 30 years for 22 convicts; this was apart from
seeking death sentence for the 10 convicts. This was reported by Assistant Public
Prosecutor Gaurang Vyas.

According to SIT Chief R.K Raghavan these cases were deliberately cooked up by
false witnesses tutored by foreign funded NGOs and Human Rights Activists like
Teesta Setalvad.
A number of Testimonies were given to Concerned Citizens' Tribunal by Tutored
Witnesses, which former CBI director, R. K. Raghavan has dismissed as COOKED UP
Cases.

Former CBI director, R. K. Raghavan , who led Special Investigation Team (SIT)
for Godhra Riots dismissed a large number of cases pertaining to Godhra Riots as
being cooked up by False witnesses. He stated that false witnesses were tutored to
give evidence about imaginary incidents by Teesta Setalvad and other ( Foreign
Funded ) NGOs.
The court was told that 22 witnesses, who had submitted identical affidavits before
various courts relating to riot incidents, were questioned by SIT and it was found that
the witnesses had not actually witnessed the incidents and they were tutored and the
affidavits were handed over to them by Teesta Setalvad.

Former CBI director, R. K. Raghavan prepared a report , which was brought to the
notice of the bench, consisting of Justices P Sathasivam and Aftab Alam, noted that
the much publicised case of a pregnant Muslim woman Kausar Banu being gangraped
by a mob and foetus being removed from sharp weapons, was also COOKED UP and
FALSE.
