I just wanted to follow up with you and see where we were on the Columbus Wall project. I believe
there were only two outstanding points and they were 1) the maintenance of the barbed wire fence and
2) the type of wall that would be constructed. We are ready to move forward if we can agree on the
following: 1) both the government and Columbus Cattle Company have the right to maintain the
barbed wire fence that will be constructed by the government and 2) the government can provide us
with some kind of written assurance that the initial wall to be constructed will be the “Post on Rail with
Mesh Fence” that you and (b) (6) agreed to.
