Duties included the following:
Lesson plan observation and feedback for beginning teachers;
Creation and facilitation of CTI training module (Assessment - 2017) designed to provide new teachers with
assessment knowledge and skills;
Coordination and facilitation of Participating Teacher observation schedules created to provide beginning
teachers with observations of instructional best practice in the district;
Ongoing classroom and program support/mentorship to beginning teachers.
