PQPC is a local non-profit theatre company completely run by youth ages 12-23. As acting president, it
was my job to write and submit program advertisment letters to local businesses, write grant proposals,
run regular meetings, organize records of previous years (49-year history of the company) and
collaborate between acting board members to keep the company running properly

PUBLICITY PETER QUINCE PERFORMANCE COMPANY 2014-2015 SEASON

Acting as Publicity chair for PQPC included the formation and upkeep of promotional campaigns by
writing press releases for print, as well as social media including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I was
also charged with the creation of poster designs, t-shirt designs and other promotional materials by
using Photoshop (Elements 9).

PUBLICITY THE MASQUERS, INC. 2014-2017 SEASONS

The Masquers, Inc. is a local non-profit theatre company that has an 86-year history in our community.
Acting as Publicity chair for The Masquers Inc, included the formation and upkeep of promotional
campaigns on social media including Facebook and Instagram, creating web campaigns including
Facebook Live Streams, as well as video announcements using Windows Movie Maker and CyberLink
Power Director 12. I was also charged with the organization of records of local poster routes using Excel
spreadsheets, and delegating tasks between committee members.
