ROCK PAPR SCSR

Inspired by the tradional hand game that is popularized in Japan, Rock Paper Scissors is a modern
Japanese bistro that focuses in Yoshoku dishes, a style of Western inspired cooking in Japan.

The bistros heaf chef, Cla Lisca, has lived in Japan for five years and graduated from Nagoya Culinary
School. Speciality dishes in RPS includes Kara-age Don (one of japanese famous dish, deep fied
chicken kara-age , nagoya special sauce, rice with onsen tamago (onsen egg) and rice, Striploin &
Truffle Don (an aromatic truffle rice topped with Striploin steak and onsen egg) and Miso Cured Black
Cod (3 days marinated cod fish with pan roasted edaname & baby corn)

Focusing in specialty Coffee & Cocktails, RPS aims to serve its customers both during mornings and
the happy hours.

The coffee bar is crafted by Indonesias barista champion 2014-2016, and founder of Common
Grounds Roastery , Yoshua Tanu. He created a house coffee blend that consists of 60% Toraja
Sulotco Washed, Indonesia and 40% Cerrado Washed, Brazil. The result and combination of this
specific blend brings a coffee flavor that is rich, chocolatey, and sweet. This is best enjoyed as
cappuccino or cafe latte.

Customers also can enjoy wide variety of crafted cocktails curated by Nick Lim, top mixologist from
Singapore who has worked in famous bars abroad in Singapore and New York such as as Attica, Jekyll
& Hyde and Nektar. Singapore-born, Nick has studied and worked with the top players in the
mixologist world. His vast knowledge and experience encompasses a cocktail experience we want
Rock Paper Scissors customers to enjoy and taste. Nick uses only house made and house infused
liquors and ingredients for the signature cocktails here at Rock Papr Scsr and prides of using the
freshest materials on hand.

Strategically located at the East building , Mega Kuningan, there is two dimensions to RPS interior
setting. The indoor area is dedicated to the coffee bar, and the outdoor boasts a large bar in a
luxururious glass house ambience. RPS the ideal location for lunch ,dinner or rewarding oneself after
a long, hard day at work. Rock Papr Scsr is open daily from 11 AM to 12 PM, In addition to walk-ins
and reservations, we are available for private events and catering. Join us each Wednesday for live
bands. And DJs every Friday and Saturday.

Terinspirasi dari permainan tradisional yang populer di Jepang, Rock Papr Scsr merupakan modern
bistro ala Jepang yang fokus pada hidangan Yoshoku, dengan gaya memasak barat di Jepang.

Head Chef dari Rock Papr Scsr, Cla Lisca, pernah tinggal di Jepang selama 5 tahun dan lulus dari
Nagoya Culinary School. Memiliki sajian spesial di RPS yaitu Spam Dashitzuke (nasi dengan chicken
spam yang ditaburi onsen tamago), Minced Beef Katsu Sandwich (sandwich yang diisi dengan
minced beef katsu, potongan kol, dan Mesclun Salad), Striploin & Truffle Don (truffle yang beraroma
dengan ditaburi nasi, striploin steak, dan telur onsen), dan Miso Cured Black Cod (ikan cod yang
sudah dibumbui selama 3 hari, dipanggang, lalu ditambah edamame dan baby corn).

Dengan keunggulan menu pada kopi dan koktail, RPS melayani pelanggan dari pagi dan happy hours.
Pemenang Barista Indonesia 2014-2016 dan pendiri Common Grounds Roastery, Yoshua Tanu, juga
ikut merancang coffee bar di RPS. Ia menciptakan campuran kopi yang terdiri dari 60% Toraja
Sulotco Washed, Indonesia, dan 40% Cerrado Washed dari Brazil. Hasilnya adalah kopi yang kaya
dengan coklat dan manis yang sangat terasa. Kopi ini sangat enak dinikmati baik sebagai cappucino,
maupun cafe latte.

Bagi penikmat koktail, Anda harus merasakan koktail spesial yang dibuat oleh Nick Lim, mixologist
ternama dari Singapore yang sudah bekerja di bar-bar terkenal di Singapore dan New York seperti
Attica, Jekyll & Hyde, dan Nektar. Nick adalah lelaki kelahiran Singapore yang belajar dan bekerja
dengan para mixologist yang terkenal di seluruh dunia. Karena ingin menciptakan pengalaman
mencicipi koktail yang nikmat di Rock Papr Scsr, Nick menggunakan liquor yang dibuat khusus di RPS
dengan bahan-bahan yang paling segar.

Berlokasi di tempat strategis yaitu The East, Mega Kuningan, RPS memiliki dua dimensi pada
interiornya. Area indoor untuk coffee bar, sedangkan area outdoor ada bar yang lebih luas dengan
suasana glass house yang elegan. Dengan begitu, RPS menjadi tempat yang ideal untuk lunch dan
dinner, serta menjadi tempat yang pas untuk memberikan hadiah bagi Anda, para eksekutif yang
telah berhasil melewati hari kerja yang melelahkan. Rck Papr Scsr buka setiap hari dari pukul 11 pagi
hingga 12 malam. Kami juga available untuk acara privat dan katering. Setiap hari Rabu, RPS
menyediakan live band dan DJ pada hari Jumat dan Sabtu untuk hiburan Anda semua.
